They're meant to be a low cost airline but by the time you add on all the additional bits,the price of the flight is pretty much in line with other airlines. A great example being the additional 25eur for "oversized" carry on baggage. This is anything bigger than a backpack. Worse yet the person that I had to pay for this luxury wasn't at their post so I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for them to simply not show up. Prices look great at first glance but end up doubling. Mine went from 80GBP to roughly 150. I did pay extra for a seat near the front so that's a factor but that wasn't enough to double the cost on its own. That's before the charge for bringing a mini case for 3 days clothing and a laptop. I'd just suck it up and fly with an airline that charges more with a better rep, you'll end up paying the same amount anyway.

WizzAir scratches the bottom of how miserable a flight company can be.

I'm stuck in a loop of flight cancellations and vouchers, and each time somehow the money transferred as a voucher gets less and less.I hate them. I made the mistake of trying this company once and it won't happen again. Miserable beggars.

My experience with WizzAir was excellent. I flew with them Prague - Tel Aviv. Pricing was very good!(Sadly, they don't provide that connection nowadays.) I paid little fee for an option to change flight date and time. How predictive from me, unexpectedly I had to change date and time later. When I enjoyed holiday in Israel, I had the same option to change my flight back, so I could stay there longer. For me WizzAir is very reliable company with polite and pleasant staff. My positive experience was confirmed with my few other trips.

Awful, they lie, they change your flight, they do not give your money back only VOUCHERS,stay away do not fly with this company, you do not know whatyou will get. Due to ill health because of the pandamic can not travel to an amber destination, they called it VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION and gave me vouchers only, now I'm stuck with an awful airline that I do not want to use.

Denied a flight for no reason (!!!)

On May 14th my relative was denied a flight on the basis of apparently needing a negative PCR test instead of an antigen test.However, the information regarding his booking, which he has received prior his flight, clearly states, that both tests are acceptable. I know for sure, that several people have travelled to the same destination with their negative antigen tests, which were always accepted by any othe flight company. How can it be, that the official information by Wizzair states the validity of the antigen tests, but the passengers are being denied the flights while boarding?? Such policy is severely affecting travel plans and causes unreparable damage.
