Battery issues - Labels scam

I bought a Wowgo 3, 5 months ago. I was very happy until a month ago, the board suddenly stopped working.I was always very careful with my board, only using it in dry conditions, on excellent road... As the warranty is about 6 months, I contacted the aftersale service (the person in charge was Lin). They asked me to take videos of the board, the battery and the ESC. They quickly answered saying that the label turned pink, almost red, so that the board is not under warranty anymore. I was very surprised because I've never used it on wet condition. So I am pretty sure that the labels turn easily pink/red in normal condition so they don't have to replace the pieces for free. This is almost a scam. I am extremely disappointed, because it is clearly a default that should have been taken under warranty.
They didn't even offered me a consequent discount to buy another battery. So I have to buy another battery (more than 200$, half the price of the board) after only 4 months of use.
You must be ready to replace all the pieces by yourself if something happens even before 6 months.
Edit 28/05/2021 : After I reviewed the company, they quickly contacted me to offered me 80% discount on the battery if I change my comment... When I said that I would change my comment, they change their mind by saying that it's finally 20% and that there was a misunderstanding.
By the way, you can see new reviews after mine saying that "wowgo is honoring its warranty" or that "the customer service is amazing"... What a coincidenceread more

This board is absolutely amazing, what a great board it is!
I received it a week ago and I can't stop going out for a ride at any time,in fact right now I'm writing wtiile sitting on the Wawgo AT2 taking a break from the ride in the middle of a trail in a forest, what else?
Power? Really great, no hills will stop your ride.
Torque? It always pushes in any condition (Turbo mode is something else!)
Range? Good with AT and great with Clouds
Built quality? Excellent, this board is really rugged and made to last.
Big big plus for the IP55 protection a although is always better not to ride on wet conditions it's a great peace of mind in case it might happen.
Wowgo support? Really helpful and responsive when looking for shipping info, I didn't need any help with the board as it's perfect already so I didn't have any issue with that but I read great reviews from other customers who needed help and I'm sure they'd help me if I need.
I think that Wowgo is doing a great job and, from my experience, they deserve all the trust as of a big name on the market!

Wowgo honouring it's warranty

Wowgo has been on top of it's aftercare and warranty service. Had a bad motor and battery that needed replacement a few months from each other,wowgo sent a brand new motor, battery and even an esc just in case so I can ride again. Although explaining and diagnosing the issue took a while over email, I eventually received all the replacement parts. Just really unfortunate to have so many issues with a new wowgo at2. So far so good with the fixed board.read more

Awful company to deal, constant lies and delays, I recommend staying far away from them.Bought a wowgo3 and it stopped working within 2 1/2 months emailed the company numerous times to get resolve but they didn't want to resolve the issue.read more

I just wanted to leave a positive word about my customer service experience with Wowgo.I’ve had a couple of issues with my AT2 board since purchasing it but both times Wowgo Support has issued me replacement parts to get the board back up and running. The process was simple requiring provision of an explanation of the issue and, in my experience, as long as it is not damage or a fault from user error then they have honoured the warranty cover period.read more

I purchased the Wowgo 2S board back in November 2019 and it's held up very well since then.I've ridden this board through heavy rain, rocky roads, and dirt paths and it's still thriving. Customer service is awesome too. I lost my remote a couple days ago, and I was able to contact a customer support representative and order one swiftly, despite the official website being currently out of stock. Hasn't arrived yet, but hopefully the delivery time will be as fast as the customer response time :)
UPDATE: The remote came in 10 days, which is respectable considering it had to come from China to California :)read more
