Worst shipping experience of my life. Somehow they lost a 750lb box the size of a car.Same BS excuse every time I called. Someone will scan it in and reschedule delivery with 24 hours. Finally they admitted to Amazon rep they have no idea where it is. Amazon immediately issued refund. I spoke to about 10 XPO reps, each one was dumber than the last and unable to offer any help. Zero stars would be too many. Also they attempted delivery early and never called which is what started this whole disaster. I read Amazon pulled a lot of there shipping through XPO, after this experience I probably would never order a bulk item from Amazon again, fearing XPO would be involved.

Horrible service, suppose to get mattress on 4/7/2021. Never came they said we came we called you,you were not there lies no calls no text messages . They said will get call in 24-48 hrs, no one called , called twice no reply, then they said we only have box spring we do not have mattress, so mattress disappeared after attempted delivery ? Finally they said they will deliver on 04/23. and they will call day before,never called I called at night to check , text came day of delivery, delivery person was nice but company is horrible , disorganized I could not be transferred to supervisor, that said they can not do it.

Waiting for delivery for over 5 weeks! Apparently they received all the items from the retailer (9 total)and then 7 went missing between their hubs! Their online tracker seems to give me more information than what the support representative can see. Still waiting...

Rescheduled after having the same delivery date for a month and making arrangements to be home.Then I call and it gets scheduled to a better day and they ever show. So I call and they said my delivery date has always been the 20th. Really then what are these three other emails with different dates! I already waited a month I’ll just return the item instead. I don’t have time for them. And one of the guys said there was nothing he could do and hung up. You’d think Costco would have a better delivery partner.

Ordered a heater from gas-space-heater.com (customer service sucks btw)...they used xpo to deliver heater.Heater was three days late and was damaged on its way to me. I put in a claim as I was instructed to. Waited 60 days to be told no our problem. They even told me they damaged it in massachusetts that's why it was three days late!!! Even put parts that had nothing to do with the heater in the box. Now as a small business I am out a heater and $839!! Way to stick it to a small business...so glad they got their money! Do not recommend!

Never purchase directly from Samsung as they use this unreliable service I waited all day at home fora delivery then the guy said it won’t fit does not know how to use a tape measure the new machine was exact size as old machine 27 inches I cancel my order and deal with pc Richards never had a issue with them

XPO is the worst ever

I purchased a Samsung laundry washer in Oct. 2020. Samsung uses XPO to delivery it.It took them 4 four times to delivery my washer. The first time they damaged my laundry room and failed to install the new washer. The second time they cancelled the delivery on the same say saying they didn’t receive the washer from Samsung. The third time XPO didn’t show up and no phone call. The fourth time they finally delivered my washer but scratched it on the front and two sides. I filed a case against XPO for my basement damages. XPO is doing whatever they can to not responding any of my request. It is just a horrible company. I wouldn’t recommend to purchase anything from Samsung.com and avoid XPO.
