Been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get an appointment. Last time I made an appt,went in and they had no appt for me. Were supposed to call me about appt (that was May 3) have not heard from them. Hold spiel: "We have been making people smile since 1967." I am not smiling!

Beautiful Spa in Venice, FL

I recently enjoyed a facial at Spa de Soleil on Venice Ave. The owner, Annette Weinberger,was very welcoming as she showed me around her beautiful and immaculate spa. I was immediately comfortable in the relaxing environment and appreciated the time she spent asking questions and determining just what my skin needed. The facial itself was one of the best I have had, each step of the procedure was soothing and pleasant and my skin actually glowed afterward. The whole experience compared with spas I have visited in Europe and I highly recommend it. I could not leave without booking my next Appointment!

Very bad service provider

Very bad service provider. This is unacceptable. I have constant problems signing in, the site cannot be reached,and finally, when it reaches the sign-in page, it says that my password is incorrect when it is clearly correct. The page goes unresponsive again after a few tries login in. Everyone should avoid this!!!!!

All Points Plumbing - unprofessional customer service

All Points Plumbing was sent to my home through Old Republic Home Warranty for a water heater issue (pilot light will not stay lit - it goes out after a short time).The service call was Friday, 5/7/2021. "Will" was the tech who came to my home. I explained to Will that: 1) they are the second company to come out under the SAME ticket with Old Republic Home Warranty 2)I explained as clearly as I could that the first company that came out did nothing more than light the pilot light and assumed the issue was resolved. It was after the first company left that I discovered the pilot light will not stay lit. I explained to Will I had re-lit pilot light not less than 10 times within the few days between the first company and All Points Plumbing and the pilot light will NOT stay lit. After my explanation of the problem we are facing, Will tried to "duplicate the issue" by turning the gas control valve up and down repeatedly. After he was not able to duplicate the issue (pilot light remained lit) he explained that he could not replace a part unless he could show that it is failed. I do understand this, as I've spent nearly 25 years as an engineer duplicating customer issues in the IT industry. However, Will assured me he would write it up in his report that it is likely a thermal coupler OR gas control valve causing the issue - that way if it goes out again I could call back and they would know what to replace. Less than TEN MINUTES after he left my home the pilot light went out again so I called him IMMEDIATELY on his cell that I previously had from when he called to tell me he was on his way. At that point he told me over the phone "okay, he would write it up as a gas control valve". I asked him what next steps were and he told me someone from All Points Plumbing would be calling to schedule a replacement of the part. I even asked if I could request him to be the tech since he was aware of the issue and I didn't want to have to go through the issue from the beginning again. Will agreed so I was okay with waiting for a call from All Points Plumbing. Monday the 10th came and went without a call. So Tuesday the 11th at 4:33PM I called All Points Plumbing to try to find out when they planned on coming. The dispatch person I spoke to told me her name was "Alexis". After explaining my situation, Alexis apparently looked at the history of the ticket and informed me I would have to call back into Old Republic Home Warranty to "recall" the ticket and essentially get back in line for my water heater issue. This did not set well with me at all because it was NOT what was agreed upon by me and the representative from All Points Plumbing (Will) agreed to. So, I told Alexis that was "BS" (but I said the word) - well, this upset Alexis very much and she told me not to use that language with her. I IMMEDIATELY recognized I was in the wrong by saying that and apologized for saying that and asked if we could get past it and pleaded with her to PLEASE not make me call back through Old Republic - I would rather continue working with them since we were already this far into the troubleshooting and have identified a faulty part. Alexis put me on hold again. When the hold was removed, I was then speaking to "Keith" who claimed to be a master plumber there. Alexis apparently was so upset that I had used a bad word she handed the call off. Keith was very upset with me and after we said hello to each other, Keith immediately asked if I was the person using profanity with Alexis. I told Keith exactly what I had said and also told him I apologized immediately and tried to get to the issue at hand. He told me they had closed the ticket as "resolved/fixed" as soon as they left my home. He was more interested in berating me for cursing at his employee (which again, I immediately recognized I was in the wrong AND apologized). I pleaded with him and explained to him how I had called Will less than 10 minutes after he left my house AND how Will (All Points Plumbing) agreed to the gas control valve being the issue AND that Will assured me someone from All Points Plumbing would be calling to schedule the appointment for part replacement. Keith told me that Will's notes indicated I called TWO HOURS after leaving (which was COMPLETELY FALSE information) and the ticket was closed as far as they were concerned. Keith THEN felt it was necessary to explain the difference between "Home Warranty" and "Home Insurance" which was COMPLETELY unnecessary and very unprofessional (and irrelevant). The guy just wanted to argue with me and was being a complete jerk who was not interested in any customer service for me to resolve the issue. I was extremely upset with the interaction with Keith and at that point I decided there was NO WAY I wanted him or any other liar or unprofessional personnel from All Points Plumbing coming to my home - EVER. I do NOT recommend using this company!

I would prefer giving this Banfield Pet Hospital a 0 review. I brought my Bichon to Banfield in Edison,NJ. My dog was in extensive pain and dragging his back legs. Dr. Gurkaranveer Singh told me my dog had arthritis and prescribed arthritis medication. My dog got progressive worse and showed not one sign of relief. After speaking to many local vets they said my dog did not have arthritis and to see a veterinary neurologist. I took my dog to Red Bank Vet Hospital and he was diagnosed with a degenerative disc disease and multiple minor / moderate herniated discs. Dr. Singh was not even close with his diagnosis and if he did not know what was wrong with my dog should have recommended the vet neurologist. Due to Dr. Singh incompetent procedures, my dog was treated soon enough, my dog got worse and was laid to rest. I totally blame Dr. Singh and I will continue to fight for my dog, my best friend, my family member. I will proceed with court and hope that Dr. Singh gets exactly what he deserves as an imcompetent vet.

Homophobic and fat shaming employees. I am not normally one to write bad reviews but this is not a safe space for customers or employees.My family member was prepared to spend a large amount of money on a nice suit and the experience he had at the Men's Wearhouse store in Cherry Creek was unacceptable. The employees at the store were verbally abusive and made homophobic comments behind my family member's back. The employees also made comments to the salesperson helping my family member, calling the salesperson names around his weight. This objectifying behavior is appalling and this information needs to be known before you consider shopping at this store. If I could, I would give this store zero stars.
