Sneaky 30-Day Trial to Lock You Into a Subscription

We signed up for the 30-day free trial, but we never ended up using the service. The company provided no notice/warning of the free trial ending.I noticed a charge for the annual $120 membership on my credit card bill. Even though I called to cancel a bit after the free trial ended, Yoga International refused to refund the charge! After a whole lot of back-and-forth, escalation to a supervisor, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and sending a message to the CEO, I was able to get them to refund the charge. Be careful - the long free trial is clearly meant to make you forget to cancel it…and since they give no warning that the trial is ending, you will get charged and have a difficult battle to reverse the charge.

Fraud! They charged me annual membership from closed credit card account and no refund policy???Avoid as you once signed up and there is no way out of that after… very very disappointed!

Advise you find and support a local yoga provider.
I didn't actually want to use Yoga International but got charged on my debit card.Then unfortunately a family member got ill. I had tried to get the issue sorted in March now I am being told to contact my bank. Despite the fact the email associated with the "account" wasn't my email or the name on the card account!!!!!
If you have an issue bear in mind you are force to communicate with them via their messaging system. Meaning you have to log on to the website to respond. Had I been able to email them I would have probably sorted out sooner but now have to deal with this issue via my bank.
They won’t provide transcripts or contact details to email their accounts department.
Support a local yoga instructor rather than another anonymous global platform.

I got the offer of a membership for three months 1 euro / month. The first month started,but after few days I could not see any videos and they just refunded me 1 euro? I tried to ask why was this but did not get any answers?! Now I´d like to delete my account but it is not possible. I tried also to change my email so I cannot get these offers any more but even this is not possible.. Very bad service! Do not buy.

Buyer beware. They will charge you without notice and then REFUSE to refund your money even if you catch it the exact date they charge you unexpectedly.Even if you didn't use a moment of the service. Worst customer service experience I have had in years. I'm very upset about this experience and the way they treat people. Many better companies who are honest and ethical and actually practicing the ethics of yoga to give your money too.

A 3 month trial offer for $1 per month popped up on Instagram. I responded to it. However after giving the credit card details,a popup message I could not bypass, asked whether I opted for annual or monthly membership. Since the popup message could not be bypassed, I assumed that the question related to the potential subscription following the 3-month trial period. However, as soon as I responded they charged my bank account TWICE, one for USD1 and another one for a long term membership I had not signed up for!!!! I imminently wrote to them on their app which claims that they respond within two hours. They did not respond for more than two days, probably waiting for the funds to be in their account, and their response was that they cannot refund. The response was that I had "changed" from one membership to another one. To prove their case they attached a record of the charges made by them that clearly showed both charges made at exactly the same minute ie 12.46! Quite clearly a very devious company that is not dealing ethically with its clients. The more disturbing is that the type of services they offer are supposed to help with peace of mind, among other. Quite clearly they could care less about the peace of mind of their clients as with their devious way they undoubtedly cause stress and frustration and extra work to resolve problems unnecessarily and greedily caused by Yoga International. Shame!
