Whilst I was extremely sceptical, after placing my order THEN reading some bad reviews about this site,I received my perfume order today (within a week of ordering). I am very happy with the product and engraving, my only criticism is the postal box was not securely taped and was squashed in transit, thankfully nothing broken. I feel confident to order from YSL Beauty again in the future.

Really bad customer service and watch out for being conned. I recently purchased YSL Libre online,90ml for £104. However, when I received my order the bottle was 3fl oz.only. 3 fl oz is actually only 85.24 ml 90ml at £104 = £1.15 per ml 85.24 mls, therefore = £98.02, which is £5.98 less than I actually paid. In addition to this their website said that on a spend of over £60 I would receive a free gift and I didn’t receive the free gift. I wrote to them asking them to refund the difference and asking what happened to my free gift. They refund to refund the difference and told me I could return the product for a full refund, but I couldn’t do this as I had already used the product. They said that free gifts were only whilst stocks last, but they were still advertising the free gift after I had received my order. Therefore we’re we’re adverting it, knowing they did not have any gifts left. If this isn’t false advertising I don’t know what is. I wrote a review on their website, but they removed it. I therefore, added a review on their FB page. Someone did then contact me saying they would look into my complaint, but that was weeks ago and I still haven’t had a response, apart from an automatic standard email saying free gifts a only sent out whilst stocks last. This does not answer my question. £5.98 overcharged may not seem a lot, but if they sell 1000 bottles of this perfume, try have earned an extra £5,980 fraudulently and I image that they sell a lot more than 1000 bottles. If they are doing the same with every fragrance they sell they are quids in

Never ordering again from ysl terrible customer service so rude and so desrespectful its like they aredoing a favore for you i ordered libre intense and payed extra for fast shipping package came in 7 days with only 2 samples without my perfume when i called the girl gave me attitude asking to take a picture and send it to customer service email so rude and telling me with a attitude thats the policy its like take it or leave it terrible NEVER EVER AGAIN??

I would give zero stars if I could. Unreasonably long wait time to speak to a representative and they canceled the order without letting me know and it was a birthday present!!!!I wouldn’t have realized if I didn’t track my order. Never ordering anything from YSL ever again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY OVERCHARGE WHEN YOU MAKE AN ORDER - CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT AND YOU WILL SEE THEY CHARGE A HIGHER AMOUNT THAN WHAT IS WRITTEN ON YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU ORDER.THEY ARE REALLY HORRIBLE.
