I have used Zagg products (screen protectors) for less than 5 years. It's a decent product, but they do fail,mostly due to wear and tear.
I have never, ever been able to use the supposed limited lifetime warranty-ever. Registration of the protector is impossible, so that pretty much rules out accessing replacement screen protectors. And the customer service number is a farce; your call is repeatedly dropped.
I can purchase a replacement screen protector locally, for what I would pay for shipping to obtain a replacement and feel far less annoyed at being jerked around by inanimate voice prompts that drop my calls.

I received a broken 3 in 1 wireless charging stand so contacted support. They told me that I had to pay for them to ship a replacement and on top of that,I had to pay to send my broken one back too. 2 lots of £8 postage on top of what I’d already payed to receive a broken good. I complained and asked for a prepaid return label but they told me it was my responsibility to pay for postage. This is against consumer rights as paying extra for receiving a broken item is outrageous. I’m now returning it to the retailer where I got it from FOR FREE, and getting a full refund. I shall never buy from Zagg again. I recommend Belkin.read more

I bought a keyboard from zagg about 6 months ago and the keyboard started playing up around 3 months after purchase.I live in Australia so to replace it under warranty I had to pay $25 for shipping. On top of this I then had to pay $40 shipping to post the old keyboard back. So I’m out $65 dollars on a $159 keyboard. ok I thought but at least I have a new keyboard. Less than 2 months later the 2nd keyboard started doing the exact same thing plus the battery won’t charge. So now I have to pay an additional $65 dollars to get a replacement keyboard again. I contacted there customer service and they offered me 30% discount on new products. I don’t want a new product I just want the original product I bought to be replaced. I asked to speak to someone higher and they offered me to waive the $25 postage fee but I’m still expected to pay an additional $40 to post the old keyboard! So it will end costing me $105 dollars to replace the keyboard under warranty. No way would I have bought this product because if something goes wrong it will almost end up costing the same as buying a new one to get a warranty replacement. I Will not buy from zagg again and would not recommend. If I had known about there warranty service I definitely would not have bought from them.read more
