What does BlindedHR do?

BlindedHR is a platform that allows applicants to apply to jobs anonymously, mitigating early stage bias that can keep many underrepresented minorities out of interview rooms where they've been proven can shine. BlindedHR will use Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) to gain a foothold in the industry by integrating directly with them. BlindedHR's main focus will be providing EEOC compliance to companies and streamlining the information provided to recruiters and companies. This information is via the "Blinded" resume, which focuses on WHAT they accomplished rather than name, ethnicity, and how well known their college or university was. The resume will also list url links to portfolio's or outside sources, something that paper resumes can't do, which can be vital to applicants in this digital age. Once the company has decided to integrate the candidate into their ATS, the applicant is sent over with an accompanying "Personal Profile" giving a full insight as a person and employee.
