Won't let me cancel my subscription

I canceled my subscription more than a month ago online. Didn't get a confirmation,so I called two days later to confirm, it got confirmed and a few days later I even get a call with a new offer, I declined.
Fastforward to yesterday, my contract was supposed to end a week ago, I check my account and see it's still active. I call customers service, have to wait 30 minutes and the next 30 minutes I get accused of lying, saying they can't find any proof of cancellation and that I should have had an email, so its basically my own fault. I still have to pay for this month and I am so, so mad. Terrible service, they just want your money and are willing to lie for it. Should be illegal!read more

I wanted to buy a SIM only subscription, monthly terminable for 19 euros. I tried applying on their website.There was no option to upload a European passport.I contacted customer support, they assured me I could easily do it from Belsimpel or Mobiel.nl
4 TIMES I tried, 2 on my name and 2 on my partner's name, ALL of them refused by Tele 2. We don't have any loans or other phone subscriptions, registry on our BKR is clean. But we were refused due to ''creditworthiness''.
Apparently, they either don't like our mugs on our passports or they do think we are too poor to afford 19 euros monthly. We never had this kind of problem with another provider. I have no words. I already took my business elsewhere where I don't have to beg them to get my money.read more
Lost number while porting and send sim without number

They messed up number porting so I lost number and also they sent simcard without number connected to it and asked me to make an order again and this time they would send a one with the number.Customer service was terrible overall, 2 of them hanged up call after I explained everything and talked for like a half an hour and generally they were very poorly trained. Worst experience.read more
Most worthless customer support / Not a user friendly website

I used to pay €40,- per month, this included the debt of my phone for certain subscriptions.However they have the possibility to pay off the phone in full. So later on I paid off my phone and they charged me €90,- for the next month while it should be €20,-. They even blocked my phone.
Currently I'm on hold for 30 minutes while I'm waiting for the customer service to view into my invoices for the last month. Never experienced such a long waiting time before for something so small.
Their website crashes often and I can't see my invoices of the last couple of months. This company reeks and offers bull**** service.read more
RUDE AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I subscribed to Tele2's wifi service for 3 years, and canceled it when I was moving at the end of August 2020.I returned my router via post and moved out at the end of August. However, I continued to receive bills from them. I paid in September because they say you pay for the previous month that you use the service for. I called the customer service several times and finally in the last call towards the end of September someone helpful answered and clarified that somehow the system didn't register my cancelation, but it is now for sure terminated. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do or pay, and she reassured me that no, I did not need to pay anything more. But in October they still charged me. This time I recalled the charge. But now they passed my personal details to a debt collection agency claiming that I owe them almost twice the amount of the normal monthly subscription fee. Now I'm back to the game of calling customer service and hopefully after gazzilion calls one helpful and polite person would pickup. The first attempt led to me being put on hold for an hour. The second attempt led to a Dutch lady who was simply just rude and refused to tell me her name probably because she knew she was at fault and even threatened to hang up on me. Wow the power she enjoyed! The third time nobody even picked up. The fourth time I asked if I could file a complaint and the guy simply said no there's nothing he could do for me. So ya, if you sign up for any service with Tele2, I hope you never need to contact customer service for anything or you will most likely waste hours of your life and be enraged by rude arrogant personnel who just would not offer any help.read more

The Bundel Booster for (unlimited) internet has been working really badly for the last 4months now.You used to be able to activate a new booster before your internet runs out. But that has been changed.read more

Stay away from this company. I've been a customer for 5 years yet they tried to screw me over with rates that are higher than those that they give to new customers,and when I tried to switch a cheaper bundle, they said that the contract would be obligatorily renewed by 24 months, so that they can lock me in again.read more
