Don't use 10bis!!!! I spent an hour trying to order. I tried three different credit cards, which were all accepted, but in each case the order was not received by 10Bis. After a long wait on the chat, I was told (incorrectly) that foreign cards were not accepted! No sign or indication of this, and all the transactions went through. Use Wolt...much easier and safer!

10Bis/moto la pizza rippoff!! Misleading menu from 10 bis and Moto La Pizza in Ramat Gan! It said double tray and it led me to think it was two pizzas which it wasnt. The translation was wrong in English and 10 bis did not own up to this fact which they did admitted since they said they would change the text. I have ordered two pizzas before when they had a discount as its more economical. Without the discount it would be 140 nis for one pizza, a coke snd a lousy piece of disgusting foccacia bread! Thats a criminal price!! Yet compensation was a 20 nis coupon, a pure insult!! But even so, half of the text when ordering on the app was not even readable and the rep didnt make much effort to check or test until i sent screnshoots snd insisted she would check. Also when selecting the topping you were given option to select topping for what seemed to be the second pizza, but no, that was just additional topping for the same pizza just for more money. 112 nis for a simple pizza and a bottle of coke and a disgusting piece of “focaccia bread”. Complete rippoff!! They used to be good but no more. Too bad, some companies dont know how to keep their customers happy. Instead they should have offered at least half of the price in compensation and a lousy coupon and that without arguing for more than 1 hour on the chat. Unfortunately they dont care once they have your money thats all that matters!
