I had the pleasure of dealing with a Customer Services Representative, Lexa, who could not have been more helpful, attentive, understanding, and proficient in her role. In a time where people are often intolerant and impatient online, Lexa was a breath of fresh air, and nothing was too much trouble. Aside from her acumen regarding domain ownership and management, she really took the time to consider the end-user (in this instance, a former client of mine, nearing retirement and needing assistance where possible). If I could rate Lexa more than five stars, I would. Thank you 123 Regs!

Best VPS i've experianced.
Just a brief one to say my VPS hosting was transitioned over to 123-reg from Tso-host a year ago. Although prior 123-reg has always handled domains. So regarding domains, dns, nameservers, record updates and forwards everything has always been quick and flawless. Now regarding the VPS hosting, If you search for UK VPS hosting in google you'll see the main 4 competitors on the first page. All 4 of their VPS services are significantly, and I mean significantly, less performant. My fairly basic £22 a month VPS is setup properly, using KVM, EPYC cpu's, local memory pool, fast ssd/nvme storage. The cpu, disk and network throughput is incredible for a VPS, it is like I am working on a dedicated server on my local network.. for £22. My uptime this year was 100% too - thank you. VPS packages don't guarantee specific hardware or performance levels - other experiences may differ but I can only comment on my own, which is perfect.

123 reg is a really reliable and customer friendly company. Whenever i have needed to resolve an issue I can pick up the phone and talk to a competent individual after only a few minutes wait. I have ALWAYS found their staff supportive, however small my issue is.
Overall very good, but frustrating mail experience
Generally speaking, 123Reg is good, it's affordable and offers a variety of plans and products for small businesses. But I've had nothing but trouble using my mailbox via both Apple Mail and G-Mail to handle the server. Apple Mail forgets the authentication information despite installing the profile from 123Reg's website onto multiple devices and Gmail doesn't notify me of new emails as they come through. I've checked and rechecked notification settings, turned on background app refresh and ensured notifications are prioritised, but I still don't receive push notifications from my business email with 123Reg.
Offers not clear
Recently bought domain but it wasn’t clear that I needed to purchase 2 years to get the first year cheaper so paid full price, very disappointing, CS said there wasn’t anything they could do.
