The same way as you would train your assistant for the job you would spend some time to set up your systems the way you want them to work for you. There are many resources available to learn how to do it, including the live trainings where you can workshop your setup with a very knowledgeable team member, and the new Marketplace makes it even easier - you can download the set up you want and save time on setting things up yourself. Integration with my calendars and Zoom makes setting up meetings a breath - I don't have to double check for time conflicts or go back and forth with the Zoom links. It all happens automatically. Running my business from 17hats daily frees my time to have life and run my business, I don't have to choose one over the other. The customer support is spectacular. All my questions answered and issues resolved in a timely manner and in a supportive and respectful way.

I love that I can run my business in one central location. I can easily manage all my clients, projects, and calendars. Creating and sending quotes, contracts, and invoices is a breeze. One of the best features is workflows. This allows me to automate my processes and enhance my client experience. I also love using the 17hats app on my phone. I can easily check on a client or send a document on the go in minutes. I also love that I can connect my bank accounts and do all my bookkeeping within 17hats. The reports they have are so helpful! At the end of the year, I can simply download my reports and give them to my CPA. 17hats makes running business a breeze! I am a total nerd when it comes to 17hats. I love all the things it can do and all the ways it makes my life so much easier. I rave about it and encourage other business owners to use it any chance I get. I use it daily and it is the foundation upon which I have built two successful businesses. I have tried other CRM softwares and 17hats is definitely my favorite. I've been using 17hats since 2018! Couldn't do without it, honestly. All the clients are in one place, with invoices and automatic reminders so I don't have to chase payments. Questionnaires, quotes and contracts are a daily process. Workflows make my life easier in so many ways and online scheduling is so convenient. It's a must-have tool for every small business!
