in February I stupidly placed an order for acoffee table via kingbo on face book.Having to take lots of meds for cancer a refrigerator drawer that I could access without constantly getting up sounded amazing. I should have know £49 for one was too good a deal.
After numerous emails chasing them I was sent a tracking which I followed only then to receive contact phone calls and unsolicited emails for hundreds of companies I contacted my phone provider and macfee to be told that when I accessed it I must have accepted and consented .So people beware.
As for the item it never arrived so I contacted PayPal with a dispute.I was confident if there was an issue I was covered.
Today I had an email it was delivered by royal mail some weeks ago .I had been shielding at the time and I never received a coffee table .
She then asked if I had received anything small as the companies who advertise on Facebook are know to send other items sometimes empty envelopes .This confirms on tracking that the item has been recieved. I don't recall anything coming but will check with Royal mail Tomorrowhowever I am sure if it was a large item it would be parcel force and not royal mail. as there is no way it would have gone through my letterbox !!!
The lady at paypal was lovely and showed excellent empathy.She gave a goodwill voucher to help towards a cost of a replacement which I am grateful for Thank you.
People please don't be taken in like I was .

The tracking is all written in Chinese had to copy and paste to translate it to understand where my parcel was it’s been over 2 months and still I haven’t received my order!!It’s a joke.
