Too cumbersome process for a 2nd opinion

2ndMD services have been made available to me as part of my company benefits. Recently, I approached them for a 2nd opinion, spent significant amount of time and effort to provide them with the data and info they needed. To my surprise, with not much of professionalism, they finally said I have not provided them with enough info to allow then to go to the next stage of assessment! I found the entire process too cumbersome and despite providing all data such as xrays, MRI scans, Dr reports etc., I am very surprised that they could not make a decision to allocate a specialist to provide a 2nd opinion while I could have done this easily myself by just going through my own initiative to less extent. Also, I did not find the nurse(s) working on my case very professional and overall I would not recommend anyone to waste their time with 2ndMD.
