I have had the account for 3 weeks, of which 2 is still unusable.
In that brief 1 week of experience,I found the user interface difficult. It is cluttered and the data from exchanges are cached and not real time. Use it for bots but never a trading platform. You could be misled.
Overall, the platform attempts to be professional but the team running it are amateurs.
I had issues logging in to my account. Customer service took 2 weeks and still unable to resolve. I am practically locked out from a service I paid for while the market is running. Back to using Binance directly.
I looked at the cancellation process and realized it is difficult to unsubscribe. They make refund process unattainable.
If you are lucky and don't care about customer service or support, take the risk and plunge in.

DCA Bot goes 25% negative in 3 days

I am new to bots and decided to trust a well established company. I tried 2 free DCA bots expecting 1.5% per day.imagine my surprise when the bot went 26% negative on the 3rd day. I would have to wait 17 days if the bot makes the max 1.5% just to get my money back with no return. Then the system wants me to subscribe as my 3 free days are over. Every one just have to trust as there is no accountability or recource.

So far the experience is interesting.
The result depend on your setting and of course on the markethimself.
Some of my bots setting perform better than other.
I'm now on testing period and its pretty exciting.
1- Will be nice if we can receive App notification on each deal close and open
2 - Its a bit difficult to understand the "buying condition"
It will be nice to have a simpler explanation with the advantage and inconvenient of each condition :)
( made mistake to set condition with "buy anytime")
Beside that so far I'm pretty satisfy and also would like to thanks the team for developing this helpful bots .

The worst customer service EVER.
3 WEEKS and they Still haven't sorted out My problem....They're Lucky they Have the monopoly for a trading platform.
Otherwise they wouldn't have any customers....
Pathetic piece of ???
Wish I could give them a negative star instead of One star....

Nice platform UI is pretty but certain things can be much better. For example When an order is placedthe chart shows buy-sell take profit lines which is nice but if you go away and return the chart those indicators no longer there, Very hard to know what's really happening with the trailing buy, trailing profit etc as you can't see a visual representation while it's trading. I must say there is a lot of documentation that helps to a degree but the videos on 3commas youtube channel are extremely confusing and you get the feeling they are always trying to sell you a course. This platform is not cheap if you are a beginner because realistically only the advanced plan is useful to be able to test the bots etc. I wish there were more detailed better videos. Support is responsive which is nice but trying to explain complicated questions don't work, they just come back with some generic answer. You feel like they didn't even read the question. If you want clients to renew please add proper very detailed videos on complex things like smart trade, bots etc, in detail!

lost $250AUD without a single trade on a test bot

I'm still trying to figure out how I have lost $250 without a single trade and the amounts from both the ETH and BTC wallets have gone down.I'm not talking about currency fluctuations, but ETH and BTC disappearing...
I am doing a 3 day trial to see if I was going to chip in more sats and set up an A.I grid bot to observe how things work. I assumed that when I set up the bot it had locked up funds 'in order', but there is nowhere I can see that shows an 'in order' balance.
I've tried to chat with support, but they have just sent a few resources.
I'm totally willing to reverse this review and maybe turn it into a suggestion to add more transparency in where your funds are sitting at any one time..
For now though, I have funds missing and no good explanation :-/

An unbelievable buggy platform, everything is wrong except advertising. None of the numbers shown in 3commas are correct,you can easily find errors by comparing with your order on exchange.
The most common scenario is that a bot shows that it is trading at a certain amount with a good profit, but in reality, the order is closed at a completely different amount. I'd say it's kinda cheat.
3commas is attempting to masquerade as a Canadian company. If you look at their LinkedIn, over 90% of their employees are in Russia.
