If I ever buy something from This company again I will just take their product back to the store eventhough system the Box not to do that because I contacted them for them to fix their mama roo4 And it took him over a month and a 1/2 And then they have the audacity to tell me that my daughter will only fit in it she 6 months but they have a year warranty on that sucker. They had to send me Whole new base. My God my daughter got cheated out of The time she was able to use it. And on top of it all I sent him a video of what it was doing in a said that was normal and I sent him a video for a little bit longer in the noise it was making in they said don't use anymore. It took way too long to get a new base. Yeah probably not by from this company againread more

I bought the rockaroo 2 days ago, and I con honestly say that it has been the biggest life saver!My 2mo hated being in her bouncer or on her play mat for any longer than 5 minutes. She always needed to be rocked to sleep. Now, I put her in her rockaroo and she will happily play and then nod off to sleep. With 2 other big kids, it'd made getting things done so easy!read more

HORRIBLE customer service! They absolutely will not make it right when they make a mistake.They will just find a way to make it the customer’s fault. Disappointed and will never buy another 4moms product. Their return policy is a joke.read more
