Just sent this email to them today after reading an article... Dear "Expert" Market, Read some of your articles today researching a particular provider. I’m a small business bookkeeper.Your bias toward Square is unethical. It doesn’t matter what the cost of transactions are when the merchant services provider will not give you the money for over 30 days and with no explanation. Same happens with PayPal and Intuit/QuickBooks. I have dealt personally with their underwriting and so-called security processes, where even with a relationship to the organizations, I got no response from the CEO’s office… or more specifically they could get no response from their own departments. It is for this reason that I recommend to my clients to have or find a good bank that will leverage its relationship with the merchant provider it uses to assist you in getting the right rates, good service.... and your money in a timely manner. Certainly a small business can benefit from a Square or PayPal or Stripe account, but I wouldn't push the revenue I needed to live on through those processors, and I have had clients share those experiences in addition to my own experiences. Not good, friends. Clean it up. Mark

Unreliable. I just linked on an ad of alarm systems on the website of nu.nl and I came in the site of expert market.You do not see the product, you do not see the price but they ask you a lot of information. The only reason for collecting data is in my opinion to sell these data. This seems not a reliable business. So keep away! Onbetrouwbaar! Zojuist geklikt op een ad van alarm systemen op de website van nu.nl en kwam op de website van expert market. Je ziet het product niet en je ziet ook niet de prijs van het product! Wel vragen ze je heel veel informatie. De enige reden om zo veel informatie te verzamelen is of deze date te verkopen of je te bombarderen met spam. Geen betrouwbare zaak dus. En dus zeker niet mee in zee gaan!

Requires multiple contact types to get a quote. Immediately got bombed with many unwanted phone calls.Calls kept coming 24X7. Even at 5am! Nothing but unethical click bate. A huge lack of respect for privacy. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!
