Great experience
Great experience. 1 AM on a Sunday. my gout is bothering me asked for a prescription and got it without issues. Within 15 mins was already on a call with DR.
5/5 !
I get my benefits through my employers health plan. I have never had any issues. I’m surprised how many of the reviews are negative. Personally I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences
The negative reviews are shocking
The negative reviews are shocking. I personally haven’t had any bad experiences. If they’ve said it’s too soon for antibiotics, I’ve done the recommendations and in a couple of days I’d come back to the app if it was worse and they’ll always give me something.
Selfless, caring staff
I have to say I had the best experience with two wonderful people that went above and beyond. Dr Nicole and P.A Heather. These 2 went way above and beyond to selflessly help me with my health issues. They are the best and I can't thank them enough.
A scam
My son has ear tubes because of chronic ear infections. His ear began draining and so we sought care to avoid an $80 copay since the app is free for us. Well it was a huge waste of time. The doctors even with pictures of the ear refused to treat it and just said they can’t help. Waste of time. Used to be able to use this app when he got infections but now they won’t do anything except collect money from your insurance company.
Not very helpful
Not very helpful. Despite the fact they could do nothing for me, I was still charged a co pay. This was a waste of time and money. Now I have to pay again to go to a doctor. I want a refund. Skip the app and just be seen by a doctor in person.
Expensive Referral Service Disguised as Telehealth
Paid for telehealth consultation for classic UTI symptoms after returning from Cancún. NP Felicia Seay refused standard empirical antibiotic treatment, claiming "international travel" made it a "complicated UTI" requiring urgent care testing first. When I pointed out this defeats the entire purpose of telehealth, she hung up on me. This isn't the first time - EVERY 98point6 consultation I've had results in "go to urgent care." They provide zero medical treatment, then refer you elsewhere for actual healthcare. You're essentially paying for someone to tell you to go pay someone else. Their business model appears to be: collect insurance payments, provide referrals, avoid actually practicing medicine. If you want real telehealth that treats conditions instead of generating expensive referrals, use literally any other service.
They were good until they weren't
I have had 98.6 for several years through my company. Went on COBRA a while back and kept the coverage. Now when I try to use it I cannot log on. I called tech support they said they would reactivate my phone number and call me when that was completed. That was about a week or 10 days ago. Still cannot access it, no one has called me back at this point I'm done with them. I'll just call my doctor.
