Google search is very good and like it very much... But I am disappointed about the google account.Many times it keep tell me I have lots of unsure passwords that needs to be changed to a stronger password. I get a list of different webpages where I should change my passwords. I first like to see what my passwords was on the webpages. Then i go into the webpages and try to change the passwords, and then the passwords didnt match with what google password manager told me, when I already has changed it for long time ago...

Gsuite Customer Support is Some of the WORST

I am a paid subscriber for Gsuite and just can't explain how horrible customer support is.It doesn't matter how many times you explain the same issues, you speak with many different people because no one is solving the issue, the incessant back and forth via email produces no results, and when you escalate for a supervisor, they claim to schedule a call back but the call back never comes.

I can find excellently what i require but google support are the worst help line I have every comeacross.
I have called I have emailed I have done a done the whole chat thing week later I am still no further along.
Can some one just tell me if the device is fault instead of going off a script.
Instead they email this
"I got the videos here. Let me review it on my end. I'll call you back tomorrow. Please keep your line open."
And then don't call.
And then this

And in the chat yesterday you promised to email but failed to do this also
IN the chat today they promised to call at 17:30 it is now 17:40 and still nothing.

So extreamly fast growing Company, and with so many super techinical services and new ways to do things faster.It's almost amazing, how Google expanding and still give good service in a new way as new way of handling staff, encouragement for new ideas, etc. Quite nicely, they are still one of the world's most attractive company to work for or to be a employe. Nicely done! Hope they get bigger and better than Apple.

I am a small customer on Google Adwaords (i only spend 120.000$ per year) and their phone access is GREAT.BUT their knowledge on the basic google products is very, very, poor.
I have written plenty of complaints with out getting any response at all !!!!!
It is not satisfied with this the way they see me as a customer and their behavoir on writing to them with out any kind of respons. ITS PURE SILENCE
GOOGLE FOCUS on your main business!!!!!!!!!!
