I've worked as a salesman for a bit over 5 years and have used 3-4 different dialers in my career and now I run a sales company with employees. We decided to go with Adversus about 6 months ago and all I can say is: Wow. User Interface: 10/10 Functions: 10/10 Customer Success: 10/10 Price is on the higher end of this type of software but worth it compared to their competitors. If you're a startup or an established organization, Adversus is definitely a strong consideration. Special thanks to Andreas in Customer Success! #CS2

Exceptional Onboarding and a Fantastic Tool for Productivity
I am absolutely thrilled with the onboarding process at Adversus. Our requests were always taken into account, and the support was the decisive factor in choosing Adversus. A special thanks to Andreas, who thoroughly guided us through all the features and was always available afterward to help us set up Adversus exactly the way we needed it—within the possible limits, of course. His approach and helpfulness were so impressive that I will definitely take inspiration from his onboarding style for the future. The tool itself is fantastic. It is very user-friendly, making it easy for new agents to quickly get into a productive flow. One of the standout aspects is how Adversus makes our work more relaxed, organized, and efficient. The only minor downside I’ve noticed so far are a few bugs and that the German translation is still a bit behind. However, this hardly affects the overall positive impression. For companies looking for a well-designed tool and excellent support, I can wholeheartedly recommend Adversus. Let’s hope it stays this way even after the onboarding! ;)
A Good Platform with Excellent Support
We’ve been using Adversus as our system for managing leads and cold calling in our appointment-setting process. While we’ve experienced some challenges along the way, the platform has continued to improve and evolve, and today it meets our needs well. A major turning point for us has been the addition of Jacob as our contact person. Since he came on board a few months ago, Jacob and his team have been instrumental in addressing our concerns and ensuring that we get the most out of Adversus. His proactive approach, expertise, and genuine commitment to helping us succeed have made a noticeable difference. Although the journey hasn’t been entirely smooth, we’re very pleased with where we are now and look forward to continuing to work with Adversus and their team.
