Most ridiculous airline ever. My flight was canceled and I don't need any credit voucher,I'd rather prefer the amount transferred to my bank account. But they say it's not possible. What am I supposed to do with the voucher if I don't need to travel with them in the next year?
It's even more unrespectful and ridiculous that they reply with a copy-paste of the previous email and don't have the time to answer their unsatisfied customer.
Really bad experience.

- Purchased a "Covid cover" ticket, when enquired got to know the cover is for the flight duration.How deceptive and conning.
- Call centre agent made a mistake and cancelled my booking without me asking for it, the airlines take no responsibility for their own mistake.

This is the worst air provider ever. They have very low quality service, hidden prices,and bad customer service.
On the way back from Amman to Sharjah, the chick-in team was very rude and bias to gender. They will ask you to pay 10.6JOD for every excuse kilo! They don’t have visa or MC machine. You have to run around the airport to fine a teller.
I asked to talk to the manager. They called him to talk to me. His name “Omar Nazal” "عمر نزال". He has no knowledge of customer satisfaction. He basically told me pay or leave! On the contrary, he was laughing and talking to the girls in the line and gave them extra weight in-front of us! When we confronted him of his doing, he threaten to call the security.
Run away from this airline! It’s the worst experience ever.

Update to a one star review in 2020 .
I am a frequent flyer and have never come across any company with such disdain for their customers,obviously the rich owners have no moral conscience or direction.
They cancelled my return tickets ,offered 1 year tokens which have now expired and have ignored my emails ever since.
Why Does the Moroccan authorities allow these incompetent Cheats and liars to represent Morocco to the world .
They are not doing the warm and hospitable image of Morocco any favours to tourists.
I will never use Air arabia again ,use easy jet ,ryan Air ,Turkish Airlines, pay a little more but don't USE AIR ARABIA CHEATS .
