Booked a flight - cancelled,
Got a voucher.
3 months later booked a flight - cancelled and took a voucher again.
Recently - booked a flight - cancelled again!How many people had the same issue and more problems caused by cancelation and ruined plans?
These airlines are disabled ones!!!read more

In thr past we had an issue that baggage got temporarily lost by Air Baltic and we had to chase them to return it but eventually it appeared after a week by taxi.
However,recently we had a problem that the e-0voucher we received for an AB-cancelled flight due to the corona crisis was expiring while we could still not book and fly. We contacted Air Bakltic by message through their website and in less than an hour they sent a replacement voucher that was extended in validity till the end of the year. Never had an airline respond and resolve something so fast. So the one star deduction is for the earlier issue that was resolved slowly and with lots of effort fmo us, but this last issue was exceptionally well resolved.read more

As mentioned by everybody else, avoid at all costs, especially regarding gift vouchers.
The original ticket was purchased on 27/04/2020 Due to coronavirus crises,the flight was canceled and, out of goodwill and to support the harshly affected airline/travel industry, I have chosen to receive my refund as a gift voucher instead of a full refund on my credit card.
Now, due to the same issue, I am unable to use the ticket I purchased using said voucher and is very disappointing to see that the company not only refuses to refund my ticket but also would only refund the incredibly low amount (airport taxes of 7 Euros) in a gift card.
It's clear now that I should have chosen a full refund at the first time as it's definitely an airline not to be dealt with anymore.read more

Can I give zero stars? Because this is the worst experience I had with an airline. Don't fall in the trap of gift cards!Don't ever be curious and click on the button! They cancelled the flight and they punish you for their mistake by making all the other flights more expensive! Terrible.read more

Extremely rude, unhelpful staff. Denied boarding wrongly, but the airline refuses to refund the ticket.Calling them is pointless because you get diferent and contradicting information each time, depending on who answers your call. Zero respect for the client.read more
