I was greatly impressed with the services rendered, from the simple automated website to speaking with a customer service representative.
The on-hold time to speak w/a rep was minimal and my handler, Camille, was delight to work with. She was clear, cognitive and insightful in helping me all throughout the process.
I'm still waiting on the finished good to be delivered (and the first billing). However, I'm extremely satisfied with 'Allconnect' and the service provided.read more

I was expecting that my connection will be done sooner as I was told that could be done even the same day.But then the provider informed that they would take longer. Until Monday May 24. Then the tribunicias came and started that more needs to be done. Rewire outside to be able to have the service and now I’m not even sure when I will have cable + internet. The provider to contact me back and reschedule installation until then will know more.read more
