Revolut Bank not available for everyone

They advertise Revolut Bank, but it's not working for everyone, being an European citizen in Cyprus,my TIN code starts with digit 1 and not with the digit 0 as it should if I was a cypriot national, I have a chat opened with them since 26th of January and didn't manage to get any updates, every time I get the same lame answer, the relevant team is looking into it and will come back to me when they will have an update. I am also a Premium memeber.....I've been using for the past 4-5 years Revolut, bu lately they become worse than a traditional bank unfortunately.....

Few months ago i bought an item from US website using my revolute card, $21.00 not much,however it turned to be a scam. The supplier kept saying they delivered the product and never showed proof. I disputed that transaction with Revolute. Made up my mind and thought i was never going to get back the money until this morning when I received an email from them saying they credited back to me the amount of $21. Took them about 3 months to come up with an outcome

Revolut is nice, fast and easy to use, I like most of it's features, I won't mention all of them now. What I dislike most,is that you don't' keep your originanl terms, and instead of giving more, as you should, to make your users happy, you give less by increasiing fees, imposing more limits, and so on. You would be loved by everyone if you would have give more, rather then less, or at lease, keep your original terms, fees. You should never take back, give more, or keep it as it is.
