Not really sure yet on this, but I don't recommend you order from them. Thank god I have a virus protector on my computer.This damn site tried to download a damn Malware Virus onto my computer, but my anti-virus website blocked it, thank god, (I use bit-defender, it works like a charm). I'm not really sure, about this website, and I'm scared that I will have to wait an entire month, and I won't even get my refund if I decide to refund the product. I should have read these reviews before I ordered it. This business is probably a scam, and won't even give me my poster. I don't know if it's because of Covid-19 that they're so slow, but even Etsy and Shein deliver better and they have better customer service. Do better. Hopefully, I actually get my poster within 7 business days. It's literally just a Stevie Nicks poster with no frame. So I hope that it comes, unlike all the unfortunate people who had to wait for a month. I'll keep it updated.

AllPosters.com used to be great. I purchased more than one framed poster from them many years ago.Shipping was fast and efficient. It is now a MONTH since I ordered a poster from them (no frame) and I am still waiting for it. It is supposedly shipped via FedEx from Ohio, but they must’ve paid the cheapest shipping option possible because it has been sitting in a town 30 minutes from me for 3 days. Before it was shipped, the status just said processing for a few weeks. When I contacted customer service, the person who responded couldn’t help because she didn’t have insight into the actual status of my order. Way to set your frontline people up for failure! Meanwhile, they were sure to get paid right away. This is not the company it used to be. What a shame! I will avoid this at all costs in the future and suggest you do too!

I ordered an 18x24 poster on APRIL 9, 2021, and in their website it says posters usually ship out within 24 hours.Well it’s been 21 days and I still don’t have my poster. I got a notification from Allposters.com that my poster was being shipped on April 26, and a tracking number was provided for FedEx. For 4 days afterwards on the FedEx website for tracking there was no movement from the package, still in Ohio. There were no other details about my order or estimated arrival time. I sent 3 emails to Allposters.com customer service dept asking about why there is a delay in my order and to just cancel my order. I got NO
RESPONSE from them.
I just want to get a refund and be done with this HORRIBLE company. Really poor customer service. They are basically liars because they didn’t ship my poster with 24 hours, then they tell me it’s being shipped when in fact it’s probably awaiting pickup from FedEx, and they LIE again because they say customer satisfaction is their goal. What a JOKE. Don’t buy from these people. Obviously not a reputable company. Go elsewhere to get your art and prints and save yourself aggravation! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!!

This website seems like a total scam. I ordered a poster from their website almost 2 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping.The poster was supposed to arrive 4 business days after I placed the order, but I have not received the poster or any additional information about the status of my order. I have tried contacting them about this and haven't heard anything back. Do not use this website if you can avoid it. Hopefully I can get my money back. Also their "Live Chat" button on their website doesn't work so good luck actually contacting them.
Edit: After I basically threatened to go through my bank to get my money back after paying for expedited shipping they responded and said that their “processing” time isn’t included in their estimated arrival time. However I checked their website and it says that processing for a single unframed poster should take about 24 hours. But it had been over 2 weeks before I heard anything from them. It seems that money loss is the only thing that will make them move so after my complaint they labeled my poster as a priority and got it out to me fairly quickly after that. I would still be cautious about using their website. They are not forthcoming about expected delays when they clearly know that long processing times are an issue.

Much like most of these other reviewers, I’m extremely displeased with the company and customer service.I paid for two day shipping (which was more expensive than the poster itself) and here I am, four days later, with the update. I chatted with customer service who informed me that just because I bought two day shipping doesn’t mean it ships in two days, but that it’ll ship two days after processing. That’s total BS and borderline false advertisement which is illegal. Do not trust this company, do not give them your money, I don’t even believe this is a legit company in the first place. STAY AWAY!

Extremely poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.Nothing but a bunch of lies and wasted 6 weeks of my time when I could have ordered from elsewhere and have it by now. They claim to have had technical issues which is why I never received any email notifications however I called them at least once a week for updates and was LIED to over and over again. I do not believe they are even a legit company. It's unfortunate that in order to write a review to warn others that you even have to give them 1 star. And as for their pitiful "we're sorry's" keep them your word is worthless.

I placed a $120 order, and upon receiving my package, I discovered they had shipped me a totally empty cardboard box.I was extraordinarily disappointed, but I made a call to their customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement, no questions asked. Everything I ordered eventually came, and the posters were high quality. However, I advise caution when placing an order with them.

Made a pretty decent size order (>$150) and was not happy with the fact that I had to pay $25 shippingon top of that - but decided to go ahead anyway - I am in Canada and ordered through allposters.ca
When my package was to arrive - discovered that on top of shipping, I was required to pay over $25 in duty as well. So for a $150 order, paying $50 in shipping and Duty - not a good ratio.
Checked their Terms and Conditions and there is no mention of Duty fees to Canada. Tried a dummy order just to see if there is a mention of this anywhere and nothing.
Reached out to their customer service and they had nothing to say. Other than you can refuse the package and send it back.
Unfortunately can't find all of these items on other sites, otherwise I would.
No more orders from allposters.ca from me!
