Terrible customer service!
I returned my order more than 2 weeks ago and didn't reeive my refund yet.I changed my bank account before returning the items and also informed them about this. The just need to refund the amoun on my new account. But every single day another erson from their service tells me: THE REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED
I explained them 1000 times the problem, i also contacted my bank and they send a confirmation email that the amount has not been refunded. But MANGO doesn't want to listen
I will wait by tomorrow, and if nothing happens i will ask for my money back trough legal ways.
I love their products but this was the last time i made a purchase with them. specially Online.

They used to be great, but I shall never order from here again after two recent bad experiences below (UK online order).My return was signed for on 23rd January. Their website states 'The refund period may vary between 3 and 12 working days from reception of your return at our warehouses.' 45 days later I finally received it, but only after emailing multiple times, with at least a 7 day delay between each response, and not once did I receive an apology for either the lack of refund or delay in response.
Another bad experience I had just weeks before was when they sent a skirt that was different to the one pictured; the picture had buttons and belt loops on, as did the description. Yet some images appeared to not have any belt loops or buttons on the skirt. I tried to explain that I really wanted the skirt with the belt loops and buttons as pictured in most of the images and as listed in the description, and between many delayed responses, I kept being told I had been sent the skirt listed - It clearly was not. I was then repeatedly told I had ordered the wrong skirt, sending me a link to a skirt that was double the price and that they did in fact send the correct one. After numerous emails, somebody finally understood that I had been sent the wrong skirt (you could see this from the code all along!). I was told to return it for an exchange and explain the wrong one had been sent on the return form. As I expected, I did not receive the correct skirt, but a refund was actually issued in time, unlike above.

This is the first timeI have used this online shop MANAGED TO GET REFUND BY CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE Bought a dress size small and it is extremely BIG!!! It is more like a large or XL. It looks different than the picture. The company is in China so they take forever and when I tried to return it there was NO response. Each time I contacted the company, I would be told an excuse and to be patient. THEN I went online and I did my research about THIS COMPANY And Able to get their CONTACT INFO Which is ᴱᴵᴳᴴᵀ ᶠᵒᵘʳ⁻ᶠⁱᵛᵉ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜwₒ four-five my attempt was successful I was able to get in touch with the company they were very polite and nice in helping to get the return details on my order finally I SENT BACK THIS GARBAGE DRESS clothing to the company and I also got my green dollar I highly recommend not ordering from here

I like the clothes, but Mango has very poor customer service and delivery. I ordered 5 items on 2/26 and received an email on 3/3 stating that the items were delivered to my building.Of course, the items were not there. I tracked the package and the tracking website said that my items were left with a doorman. I don’t even have a doorman. My neighbors did not have the package and my building super confirmed that a package had not been delivered to the other building. I was also at home the entire day. I sent emails to Mango customer service and received no response. I called them and they take zero accountability for their poor services. They don’t even bother to issue an apology like other retailers have done. Who is training these people? The customer service rep was totally disinterested. I ordered a leather jacket from them about 5 years ago and never received it. I should have stayed away. Will never order from them again. Not worth it. Zara is better.

These reviews had me scared after i ordered but everything turned out great! i never got an emailsaying they had shipped my order but i did get an email saying they had refunded me my money on an item out of stock after i ordered it and that was a little annoying but my order arrived quickly and the two pieces i ordered were good quality!

I see I’m not the only one with this problem. Placed an order on 2/26. Their confirmation email states orders ship within 1-5 working days.It’s now 3/6 and no news at all. I emailed customer service on 3/3 to get an update, I call the customer service number, and it’s a robot who says the phone number associated with my order is not correct so I cannot be helped. I reach out on social media, they post like twice a day, no help there. I opened a dispute with my bank Bc they charged my card already. In comparison with other brands, they will not survive as a business with this poor level of service. I will not shop here again.

Poor customer service and very very poor delivery service!!I shop a lot from Mango because I like the clothes, I just wish they could improve on their response time and selection of courier. I have reached a max point of frustration and am not a happy customer!
