I bought a pair of airbrush leggings and after a couple of uses and one wash they weren’t looking very good (the material was pulling off,specially between the legs). I took pictures and contacted the support team and they provided a gift card for the full amount with which I bought a different pair of leggings. These turn out to be amazing quality, I use them all day every day. Since then I have bought another two pairs which are also great. I wouldn’t buy the soft/air brush ones as I think those are not as good, but all the other ones turned out to be amazing. I also congratulate the great customer support who took care of my claim immediately and provided a great solution, they won a long term customer.

Horrible product quality and poor customer service. I bought a few Alo tanks a couple of months back and despite wearing only a few times,the fabric started to come off and stick to my skin after a practice. CS refused to refund because of the ridiculous 3-month defect period. Oh yea I should have complained earlier about your crappy products! Not buying any tanks from there again. Go for Lululemon as they still look as new despite washing them many many times.

I placed an order on 1/18/2021 for a few dresses & a blouse from them but after several weeks they sent 3 dresses which I have not ordered.On top of I was a size 14 but the wrongly sent dresses to me were at most size 10 The material was flimsy and looked like it was made by an amateur knitting class. We had a good laugh it was so hideous but I stopped laughing when they refuse to back their product I was trying to send the PRODUCT back I went on social media and got this HELP Eight4five ᶠᴵⱽᴱ ᵗʷᵒ ᵒⁿᵉ seven two four five I REACH OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND NICE THEY PROVIDE ME THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND MY MONEY WAS DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT IN TIME THAN FINALLY, I SENT BACK THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE, HORRIBLE DRESS TO THE COMPANY hit or miss" quality products I would definitely suggest trying them instead.

I generally love all their products, they are very flattering and try to size. The shipping time to the Scottish Highlands is very fast too.The only complain I have is about the cargo pants. I’ve got 1 pair and after cold washing holes appeared besides the cargo pockets. They gave me a voucher for the price of these, so I got a different pair of cargo trousers, but exactly the same happened to their pockets, plus mud stains- very common in Scotland, are very tricky to remove. Apart from this, I love these products.

I just received my second order from Alo today! I am based in Germany and even though the products ship from the US it only took two days to get here - VERY impressive.I’ve ordered three tops and two pairs of the Airlift leggings and I love it all! Super flattering and the leggings are honestly the best leggings I’ve ever owned. I spin on my Peloton daily and the leggings are perfect for this, very stretchy and comfy. Only tiny downside is that with heavy exercise they show sweat quite a bit, but they dry quickly :-) I’m a fan and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I spent $138 on a women's fleece jacket. It was totally stylish and cute yet after having washed it once in cold wash in a net,nonetheless and hung dry, it has clumps of fuzzies that fall off. And then I wore it thinking it had come from a different hoodie from the wash load. NO NO NO, I rode in a car with a seatbelt and BAM shoulder clumps of fuzzies that fall off. If one is spending that much on a fleece. Poorly made clothing for sure! Will NEVER purchase from this brand again.

I am a first time customer who was very excited to try Alo. My sister gave me a gift card for my birthday.I ordered a bra and a pair of leggings. The bra wasn’t the most flattering on me so I returned it. Instead of applying the gift card amount to the product I kept, they refunded back to the gift card and the tiny remaining amount to my credit card. Why would I not want to apply the gift card to the more expensive product I kept?? In essence, forcing me to spend more money with them. Customer service simply replied “it’s our policy”. I’ve never had an experience like this whether it’s Nordstrom or Costco. I’ve decided to return the leggings as well.
Additionally, I left reviews on both items which are not published on their site. Their reviews platform is "Yotpo" which allows companies to publish the reviews *they* want. Buyers, don't be blinded by the 5 star reviews and marketing like I was.
