I had a wonderful experience with Always Fits--I ordered the sponge birds that sit on a perch and they are really good quality and even cuter in person!Also, I wasn't sure if the package had shipped yet (USPS was chaos this holiday season) so I contacted Always Fits and asked when I might expect to receive my package and they got back to me immediately and were super helpful! There are so many fun, unique things on this site and I will absolutely be back to find more birthday and Christmas gifts soon. :)
Tip: There are lots of hidden gems--take some time and really search around the site! You're bound to find something you like. :)read more

Ordered Christmas gifts on December 2 and received on January 2. They posted on their website that itwas due to an outside company they hired to handle the holiday rush not following through with their commitment. What I don’t like is how they delete any negative comments or reviews on their Facebook page. My honest comments have been deleted and they blocked me. Every one of their reviews on their website is 5 stars. Seems too good to be true. I won’t be shopping there again. Prices are cheaper on Amazon for the items that I ordered I discovered after the fact. They just don’t seem honest in my opinion.read more

I hate that I have to give a negative review, but their shipping time is unacceptable.I ordered a few things as Christmas gifts on 11/28. They JUST ship and will arrive after Christmas. Also, after some very simple internet sleuthing, the majority of 5 star reviews on here are obviously friends of the company in Massachusetts.read more

This company is the COOLEST one you will ever come in contact with. Seriously. They have taken a pageSTRAIGHT out of Tony Hsieh's book on customer relations - not only do they have quality products at a reasonable price, you can normally score a coupon and you can communicate DIRECTLY to the CEO. Tell me the last time you got Fred Smith on the line because your FedEx package was late?! I'm waiting.... Yeah. Thought so. Their products also help this Xennial take a trip down memory lane and it's great for Gen Z'ers as well! Good luck bridging that gap!
