Amazon Prime not what it used to be
Over the past year I have noticed Amazon Prime delivery consistently failing to deliver on their “next day delivery” option. Also their search engine keeps returning inaccurate results despite my criteria being very specific. I have paid for items but then find I have to pay more for to remove advertising. Even prime TV, i pay for prime and I pay extra for no advertising but still some programs advertise. This is unacceptable!!!!

I notice that, even Amazon are advertising small heaters, and other goods that do not either comply to regulations, considered dangerous, over-priced rubbish, etc. It seems you cannot trust ANY multi-retailers now...
Avoid!!
They have zero customer service when things go wrong and try to fob you off knowing full well they have no intention of helping you.
Terrible customer setvice
Customer service used to be good but has become dreadful. Used to be able to cancel stuff if it hadnt shipped but now cant. Delivery delays over a week for no apparent reason. This all started when i expressed a dislike of prime video production values on childrens programs... clearly some kind of woke agenda going on. They have lost my custom now...

had an email about something I knew nothing about, emailed customer services to querry this, next i had an email to advise they had cancelled my primemembership ???? had to rejoin and still have no idea what original email was about or an answer to my querry Does anyone understand english on amazon ???
Can Amazon drivers please use there…
Can Amazon drivers please use there eye's? They leave parcels at our house for the full postcode area - even though the name of OUR house is CLEARLY marked. Sick to death of doing there job for them because they can't be ar**d to look for the correct address. 🤬
Appalling delivery by courier
As regular customers of Amazon. The delivery i have just received was one of the worst i have ever had. The driver knocked the door and upon opening the door he virtually threw the parcels into my hand to which i thought they would arrive in one package but it came in 3 separate packages . I barely gripped them and he just walked off and the packages fell on the floor in our porch fortunately As had they dropped onto the step the glass bottle that was in one of the packages would of got broken. He did not wait to ensure i had them properly in my hand as he thrust them virtually throwing them at me as i opened the door i have problems as it is gripping due to health problems . I find this courier to be very unprofessional and very uncaring and not at all polite. This is no way to treat customers. I feel that maybe these couriers need proper training as to how to treat customers and also their attitudes. We have had some really nice and extremely efficient and helpful couriers but this is certainly not one of them.

THINK THIS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF ! Firstly, I ordered an item off e-bay and it was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail, but suddenly it was an Amazon delivery. I was updated with the time my parcel would arrive and when I saw the van arrive I opened the door before the driver needed to knock on it. I then got a message on my phone which says " YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TODAY AT 05:12 PM . IT WAS LEFT NEAR THE FRONT DOOR OR PORCH " There you go then , the message was ready to send and the company are happy for it to be dumped anywhere. ! That's why I don't buy from Amazon and wish e bay sellers didn't
