I use Amazon all the time, I have done for a long time and will continue to do so. I couldn’t imagine not having Amazon prime, it has saved my a** so many times (when you forget that it’s someone’s birthday the next day and you haven’t got them anything!) It’s a fab service and I couldn’t praise them anymore if I tried.

I have been a loyal customer ever since they began delivering IT books in the early 2000's but they have become the worst online retailer by far! I purchased a monitor the was due to be delivered on the 2nd April. At 11.30 the tracking app said 8 stops away. 10 hours later and still no delivery! A few minutes before 10pm the app informed me the package had been delivered and said it was given to me directly. (I also has a pin code that I was told the driver needed before releasing the goods). Unfortunately for me nothing was delivered so I went on line and let the system know I did not receive my order. The following morning I called the call centre and was asked to canvas the neighborhood (I live in a complex with many neighbors) in search of the package as it might be with one of the neighbors and if I can't find it to call back on the 6th April and a refund will be given. I called back on the 6th as requested and was told to re canvas the neighborhood but they would escalate the issue and I should hear back with what next steps need to be taken. Soon after I receive the next email... Guess what! Canvas the neighborhood and wait till the 10th April (8 days after these Amazon crooks scammed me) and then we will send you another email like the one below: ---------------------------------- Hello, We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your item from order #203-5501567-5745966. It appears that Amazon has recorded your package as delivered on 2 April . Please check with your neighbors or members of your household to find out whether they’ve taken delivery of the package on your behalf Please allow 3 days while we investigate this matter. If you haven’t received your item by 10 April 2021 please let us know. Thank you for your understanding. Your feedback is helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company. I was a Amazon prime customer for years and had no problem whatsoever with Amazon, I have spent a lot of money at Amazon (which I really am regretting now) the customer service was second to none. I have had to cancel the service due to costs, and ordered something on Sunday for it due to be delivered Monday/Tuesday. If it wasn't for me checking my account, I wouldn't even know there was an issue with my order and they had cancelled the order...And sent it back from the Aberdeen depot to them???....BUT have put it down that I Cancelled the order...which I certainly DIDNT!!! I now have to wait for them to return it before getting a refund! Due to their muck up!! I told them I wanted my refund straight away as it wasn't my decision to cancel my order....but nope...hasn't happened yet...I'm furious as I now have to reorder....you can absolutely tell the difference in customer service between being a prime customer and non prime customer...Amazon...you've lost a customer...but you probably won't care...

Quite simply, whether you like the company or not they’re exceptional for so many reasons. If I want toilet paper delivered, it’s delivered. If I want printer paper delivered, it’s delivered. And the same goes for food, toys, games and anything for my business including software, hardware, office equipment and so so much more. The range is near infinite but what is great is the transparency with pricing, delivery times and the returns policy - it’s just easy. Yes, they’re a massive company and worth over a trillion dollars - this is for a reason!

Given 1 star cos i can't give no stars . This review is only based on the driver for today who used the wrong entrance to my block of flats despite being informed where to access the building. The idiot left my parcel outside among the rubbish bins . When u got home the parcel had "walked " . Thanks driver you're amazing

Over the last 6 months I’ve seen a serious decline in reliability of Amazon deliveries to my home address. Drivers are marking items as delivered when they haven’t been. Amazon do not require their drivers to provide proof of delivery so are not able to monitor these incidents. But over the 6 month period I’ve had 7/20 items refunded and all they can do is offer me a £10 goodwill gesture that can only be used on a restricted range of products not as a gift voucher on my account. The irony of any purchase made with this code actually reaching me is laughable. The logistics kpis need to be looked at or the recruitment of their delivery team needs better scrutiny

Ordered AirPod pros from Amazon. Order got delayed then lost wasted thirteen days without success to get replacements. Customer service is a joke finally they offered £5 voucher as a gesture. Need to improve customer service badly.
