I am waiting for over a week for my packet, i order via Bol.com with the promise tomorrow at home, is been a week and i have not information where it is. Is last time i order there i am piss off

I was the whole day home.. I got a message that they will arrive between 17:x and 18:x .. so I kept an eye on the door camera and after a while I got the message that they have missed me and 1st attempt failed.. I even didn't see anyone at the door or passing by with a small package. there is even a mailbox to put it in. they even don't care or whatever..

They delivered a package for 70G to me... I live on 80A. Thats 72 A-J, 74A-J, 76A-J and 78A-J in between... It was a mailbox delivery
My bol.com package was 4 days late
My bol.com package was 4 days late. I had no idea where it was and when finally they decided to deliver it they just left it in front of my doorstep while noone was at home. Package was several hundreds of Euros worth. Luckily I had camera and asked help from neighbors. NEVER AGAIN
Not just late but no update whatsoever...
I was supposed to receive few packages from Bol.com via Ampere in one day. It has been one week and they dont even send an update as to where the hell on earth have my packages vanished. Terrible service.
Wrong item delivered
Wrong item delivered. I did not receive my order, but a random item, and someone else did not receive theirs. How can you rate a delivery company that cannot properly deliver labeled boxes on a quiet day like a Sunday?
