I experienced incredible customer service. I wrote a message regarding dissatisfaction with a product - not to request a refund,just to express disappointment. I received a response within a very short time, with specific questions and responses and before I knew it a replacement product was on the way! I did not expect this! I am amazed and impressed. I purchased the new ABH brow freeze and it holds all your stubborn hairs in place. It’s a must buy.Gives you the laminated brow look.
I also purchased a dip brow pomade and was not delivered because it was not added to my package by mistake. I sent an email to ABH customer service and they responded quickly and with no hesitation sent me the product. Well the product was lost by the carrier at their warehouse. I was told by the carrier to file a claim so their would be an investigation. I sent an email to ABH and without any hesitation I was offered my money back or to send out another product. ABH didn’t make me feel like I had to wait for a decision of what happened to my package. They resolved the issue right away and let me say this has happened to be before with other retail stores.
It is hard to find a company that prides themselves on customer service and I have to say ABH has one of the best customer service. They truly care about the customer. This is what keeps me a loyal customer.read more

I received my order and unfortunately one of the shadows in one of my pallets had broken.I wrote and asked what I needed to do to exchange the item. Let me tell you-they were so kind and gave the best customer service! They will be sending me a new pallet to replace this one (which I’m so happy about). This is my first online purchase with Anastasia and I will now be a lifelong loyal customer!read more

I received a broken palette. I wrote to customer service which gave me a very quick response.now a new one is already on the way. a super good customer service!

Among other items i ordered i received a crashed eyeshadow palette and as soon as i saw it i thought “Oh my god,not this again” - because i really don’t like return and refund process, because it usually takes so much time and energy. But not this time! I’ve sent the picture of the damaged item and the customer service team was so quick to responce and so helpful! I got the refund the next day and they told me i don’t have to return the damaged item. Many other companies could really learn from them! Definitely going to order more from them.read more

I contacted customer service regarding a recent purchase in which I was charged multiple time for a single purchase.I expected to receive a response within a few days but was surprised when I received one in a matter of minutes.
