I love their paint, but getting your products through mail from them, smh thats another story.I placed and order 3 days ago and its still processing when i contacted them i was told it can take 2-5 days for processing i wish they stated that before i placed my order..This is crazy 2-5 days just to process is ridiculous. I think amazon is a better deal, your purchases will come much faster. Thanks guys for turning away a customer! *UPDATE* after messaging customer service for the second time. i decided to cancel my order and research alternative companies who value their customers. I didnt get rude with the customer service rep in anyway. I was brushed off like my purchase didnt count. I understand your a big company but the little people count. Im surprised at the way this situation was handled. It felt like a shady internet deal 2-5 days for processing after ive been charged is very skeptical. I would think again about purchasing anything from them. It seems beacuse their products are so good and in high demand they have gotten big heads or atleast their customer service reps. EDIT: Adrianna is so helpful! While I may have had a bad experience at first, she completely turned it around.I received my missing paint tips, plus some bonus stickers. From what I understand, my first experience with customer service is not the norm, at all. The missing item is also not the norm, things happen, we’re all human. Besides that, the paints are amazing and go on so well! I can’t wait to buy more from them in the future.
Before purchasing I did a lot of research on what paint brand would be best to use on shoes, clothes, and other things. I came to one conclusion: Angelus. I ordered everything I needed, to a total of $82.08. The package was delivered very quickly to my house and I had gotten everything I ordered except for one thing. My paint marker replacement tips, which are not expensive, only $2.95. I double and triple checked my package and the surrounding area, just to make sure I hadn't somehow missed it but there was no replacement tips to be found. I ended up e-mailing Angelus, telling them about the situation and they told me to check the package and the area around it, which I did once again. I told them that I still did not find the tips and they said they take a picture of every order they send out. I requested the picture be sent to me, which they did. It showed all the items I ordered, including the tips, laid out on a table. I figured the tips, being so small, could have gotten knocked off the able in the process of boxing up the items but it seemed like the people I was emailing did not have the time of day for dealing with me so I called the company. A lady picked up and she was very kind, she asked me my order number and told me that the replacement tips would be shipped out the next day. This was almost two weeks ago and no sign of it. Perhaps she just told me that to get rid of me for a bit, I am not sure. While I only lost $2.95, I still think it is very bad customer service to seemingly shoo people that need assistance off, as well as, saying that an item will be shipped out to you, but not end up doing it. I should have asked for a tracking number, but I know it will be too much hassle dealing with this company again so I recommend taking your business else where.read more

Not only did I have to pay $8 for shipping for the product to get to me, but I also had to pay $10 to ship it back when I wanted to return it.They refused to reimburse me on the shipping in any capacity. The product I bought was $28, so do the math.
One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had and I'm not recommending this brand to anyone any time soon.read more

Placed an order but declined my information so I had to use a different card. Went through and waited 3-4 for my order just to find out they cancelled it because they said it was fradulent.I’ve never had so many issues trying to order with a company. Completely inflexible, couldn’t even help me get things fixed or out to me. I run a business and this whole experience screwed me over and is putting me behind two weeks. Save yourself the time and headache and take your business else where. It’s a shame because I actually loved their products up til this experience.read more

Disappointed after spending a long time organising an order only to find out they wanted my credit card statement and photo ID along with a photo of the last few digits on the credit card.ID name must match the one on the credit card. Ive never been asked to email all this before and have purchased from all over the world. In the end my order had to be cancelled and a refund was issued. I will need to find another brand to buy from that just accept my credit card without asking for so much extra stuff that could be fraudulently used against me.read more

This is a fraudulent company if you place an order for over night they will cancel it and say it was cancelled because of suspicious fraudulent activity address not matching,however after speaking with bank it is the company everything matched at the bank so if you want to insure your order don't order from this company!!!read more
