Horrible customer service horrible communication. Charged my credit card, they say fedex has my parcel,fed ex confirmed they sent my package back to antisocial. Antisocial still won’t refund my money. Def don’t waste your time ordering from them.

I've purchased many times, assc is collectible hype gear, not simply clothes you buy.Dealing with ASSC requires more money, more time and more patience than other clothiers. Their merchandise is usually of non remarkable quality, it can be very hard to get and no matter what your order takes (at the very least) one month to ship and more time to actually be delivered to your door. The website disclaimer gives them 30-90 days, in some cases people never receive their paid merchandise as that 90 day limit makes it hard to figure out if there was a mistake on delivery or if its nust takeng the regular 90 days... When this happens assc does not help AT ALL. I've never heard of them helping their customers, ever, with anything (I'm an ecommerce specialist, I've worked on international customer service teams on walmart.com, whicj is one of the world's largest retail websites) and their email system takes longer than their deliveries. That may seem unbelievable about their email, but it is true in many cases, if it even works at all (i've never heard of them helping anyone but I'd imagine if they did help they definitely do not have a way to do it in a manner that is timely enough for you as a consumer to actually manage whatever issue you have with their product whether it's delivery, quality, order mistakes, etc.). This is extensively documented. The company is owned by an indvidual named neek lurk and he made it popular, desireable, and celebrated on an existential level. It's pumped up by the internet and basically ppl can't get it, even when you get it it's 1hard to get so it becomes desirable. A nice upside is some people pay high resale prices for this stuff after release- if you can get your hands on release drops some of these items double, triple or even quadruple in value due to the above stated issues with the company. Most people cannot get it or will not put up with that level of ecommerce nonsense so they pay extra after market. because of this one of their tee shirts goes for, on average, $60-80+ (they cost $50-60, hoodies show roughly the same margin, they're similar to basic Gildan or Fruit of the Loom tees). They have a members only section that is difficult to join, can be tricky to enter and can be tricky to maintain invites, but I have found that when ordering through the members only invites the product is more likely to hit that 30 dayish mark, less time in some cases). I personally like assc design, I know what I'm getting into and I'm not surprised by the routine as I am familiar with it. This stuff is a BAD idea to buy as gifts for people unless you plan ahead and buy it like 90 days in advance of their bday whicj sort of negates the freshness of the hype. I have akways wondered that- hype lasts only a little while, their kinda hype dies a little on the way in shipping. Buying ASSC sometimes feels like ordering ice cream and getting it melted. PPL BE LOOKIN THO.

I thought this was the official site for Europe,looked exact like the antisocialclub.com! I received a damaged hoodie with stains, but no reaction for return. The t shirt I received was ok, but I think it's fake, it has a little label inside at the shoulder, but no washing directions.
The official website gave me a correct answer, so I find out I bought from a fake site :(

I love your designs but it’s way to long delivery time. Have bought on 2 drops, the first was in spring 18 and it nearly took 4 months to get to where I live.Otherwise a lovely company
