Great customer service

Great customer service, resolved my issue in under an hour!

Great device good customer service

First off, great product, not perfect - but almost. A handy little air quality monitor that handily keeps an eye on the ambient conditions. Syncs well with the app, good clear information and hints within the app re the feedback from my sensor. Although the readings use a different system to AQI, its basically the inverse. Creates a good record of the pollutants and air quality issues faced indoors and while I'm out and about. Important when you have allergies and a respiratory condition. The unit has experienced a malfunction which requires it to be sent off, and whilst timezones mean email exchanges can be a little slow, customer service dealt with me efficiently and fairly. The clinch for this over say the plume 2 is battery life. Its far superior on the atmotube. A few online tests give the atmotube the slight edge in accuracy, although for me its the battery life that clinches it.

I started using Atmotube in November

I started using Atmotube in November, 2021 and very satisfied with it. Recommended. Works well, very convinient to check the data via its app. It notifies me immediatly when smth is going wrong with the air quality around me. Got a new habit to ventilate my room more regularly. Thanks for a very usuful device.

Scammy practices with returns

The CO2 measurements are way-off compared to similar products. The company claims they don't have to accept returns unless you can prove the device doesn't work. And the CO2 measurements don't work, the sensor just returns values derived from the VOX sensor - it will show nonsense CO2 values when there's anything else in the air (like a hairspray). Scam, avoid these guys.

BEWARE no returns!

BEWARE: there is no returns if you opened the package. The item turned out useless to me because even a stale air is shown as good quality. It is not for me and I can not return it. If you are an EU customer: take a note of it as it is not an experience we are used to. The website asked me for a review. I said the same as above. They sent me an email asking to send a case ID, but no means to send it :) emails bounce back. Links are generic to site. Shady place.

Terrible experience regarding my refund…

Terrible experience regarding my refund (which I am still waiting for!) I shipped the unopened device back to atmotube within 14 days of orginally recieving the device using a tracked courier. The device arrived back to atmotube on the 7th of Feb and I have heard no response or email confirming this although I sent it tracked with a signature. I have sent numourous emails to them since and nobody has bothered to reply. There is no webchat or contact number to speak to anyone. Will be taking this up with trading standards shortly if I fail to get a response and refund!
