Can't get a single parcel right.
Week after week I have subscriptions delivered by axlehire and they'll leave the parcels out by the curb,different buildings in the apartment complex, different units, or the newest one: a different street address altogether, 0.5 miles away! Stay away.

This is the worst delivery system I've ever experienced. They delivered my boxes for Hungryroot and Sunbasket and maybe 10% of the time delivered it to the correct house.My house isn't hidden or hard to find, the instructions are clear on where it's located, and yet here I am running around my street looking for my box. This company is an absolute joke and if you have any other options on delivery services I would take them. I don't understand how companies keep partnering with them.

Axle Hire left my package at the wrong address and did not even send a notification it was delivered.I found out three days later when the perishable package would already have gone bad and has vanished anyway. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Negative star. I ordered on freshly 5 times, and 4 times in a row the box is lost. Freshly then sent me pictures,and the boxes are just scatted in my apartment complex like it’s for a scavenger hunt. One time the box ended up in a locked storage room that I can’t even access. Another time in front of another gate, together with two other packages from totally different neighborhoods (feel sorry for those guys since they’ll never find it).
Freshly has been giving me refunds and credits, but I think any company’s gonna be broke soon if they use axlehire for delivery, and keep sending credits to make up for axlehire’s mistake. Such a joke.

The bottom line is the delivery person is lazy! Delivery person said he couldn’t get in to my property yet send a picture of the package inside the gate.(We have 7 gates) I called as soon as I seen my package was not in the lobby as my deliver instructions said and the property office people said no one ever tried to go in or drop of any package. Axle hire representative told me they got a hold of the driver 15 minutes after it supposedly got delivered and that he will be bringing to my door. It never happened. I really needed my freshly order because I’m home sick.

The company I order food from on a weekly basis recently switched to using AxleHire for package delivery and I haven't gotten any packages since.The tracking application doesn't even tell you the package has been lost, but they claim they are using "cutting edge technological innovations to provide same-day shipping" ; what a joke.
