Be prepared not to get a refund !!! So item sent back in mid December. Numerous calls & emails to ask about my refund but to no avail.Had to get my bank involved as Moncler can’t be bothered to look into matters properly. This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever come across. The bank said NET a PORTER charge for goods bought on the Moncler website so I have to speak to NET a PORTER. Spoke to them on the phone (very polite helpful man) but unfortunately they cannot look up Moncler orders on their system- WHAT ? They charged me but they can’t see my order or refund it ? STRANGE. How is that allowed that you pay a company but that company cannot see your order ? The only thing NET a PORTER can do is trace the return parcel with the label Moncler provided - which they did - and low and behold it’s in Italy at the warehouse but they can’t refund it themselves- why ? !!! So 2 and half months on Moncler are saying UPS lost my parcel and it arrived. Customer service emailed today a generic email to say they are still looking into the matter - REALLY - they couldn’t give two hoots - lady named Margherita needs to go on a basic customer service training course. The bank have now refunded me as Moncler can’t be bothered to do their jobs. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.read more

I wouldn’t even give it a 1, customer service is non existent. For such a high end brand it’s beyond shocking and being a loyal customer on top.I ordered a jacket back in January still haven’t received, rang endless times and Moncler even had me chase ups numerous times. It was so frustrating I can’t put into words and moncler customer service are just so unhelpful and fob you off - FACT !
I was told I wouldn’t get my money back until they revived it back ! What a joke if I haven’t received the item how the hell were they going to get it back ! The jacket was always showing at Tamworth Uk! Anyway I have got my money back through PayPal so honestly 2 fingers at you Moncler customer service absolutely waste of timeread more

The customer service of Moncler breaks my heart. The brand is beautiful but the employees of Moncler are terrible.This is the reason why I won’t ever buy Moncler anymore.
I live in the Netherlands, and I was interested in a beautiful jacket. I contacted Moncler and wrote my request in Dutch ( of course ) the customer service agent replied if I could write my request in English to him. I mean isn’t it your duty to help me with the service of the jacket? And how much work does it cost to translate my sentences? I mean even a brand like Guess or something would help me better. So I want to thank Moncler for saving me a lot of money during this pandemic and I can look further for another beautiful brand. Moncler, you really need to change the employees. It is disgusting.read more

Terrible!! Customer service disgusting! They take your money and if something happens with the product (stolen or something) and you don’t get it it’s your problem not theirs!
