I love the minimalistic feel and look of Bare cases as it allows me to protect my phone without compromising the iPhone aesthetic and sleekness.For some reason I did have a part of my case peel about 6 months into having it but I contacted customer service and they were very kind and helpful and sent me a warranty replacement case in a matter of days. I will absolutely continue to buy Bare cases for all of my future phones!read more

Ordered the wrong case, I sent them an email ASAP, and they responded by giving me the correct case and just pay for shipping.Well worth the mistake. And gave the incorrect case to a friend. Everyone is happy.read more

I am quite please with the customer service at Bare Cases! I ordered the Bare Naked case for iPhone 12 and the corner cracked due to installation about a month after receiving it.I reached out to Bare to explain the issue and provided photos to show that it had not been dropped. They were amazing and responded to my feedback and sent a replacement case right away. Thank you John! I love the low profile case and the frost is exactly what I wanted.
