Fabulous products but you will be charged vat and handling charges by the courier company which can near double the cost.Avoid if you are in the UK unless money no issue or until they sort better international delivery prices that include all fees.

Bad purchasing experience

I ordered from BaronFig an "unfinished" journal with three softcover notebooks and was charged $22 for clearance on an order of $27.This fee was not disclosed upfront. I've bought many things from the US and Europe and was never charged a clearance fee with other carriers. The notebook was visibly bent on many pages to the extent it won't fully close flat, and one of them has painted splash/dirt in the middle of a page. I would not recommend shop online with this company as it definitely has quality control issues. The customer service was very friendly and proficient, and refunded the order in the end.

Super products let down by terrible shipping. Don't buy if you're outside US

Super products, but international shipping is very poor Baronfig shipped my order free of charge,as it was expensive. Unfortunately I had to pay additional tariffs imposed by their courier, which was undisclosed at point of sale. These charges added about 1/3 to the cost. I did not receive my order as it did not comply with customs requirements and was returned to the shipper. I am hoping for a refund.

Be wary, while the checkout said free delivery to the UK, i got an SMS from DHS asking me to pay £55...I've emailed Baron Fig but they're ignoring it, they're happy to send me promotional emails though even after I've raised it with them. Kinda cheeky considering how much I just spent with them, probably not gonna order again...

Their products are the best and their prices fair. The design and the quality are on point.Every new release is another great product that will help you with your work. A great company is also seen by how they treat their clients. I can assure you that the support is fast and straight to the point. I even had a problem with customs and they decided to pay for it.

I bought the Flagship Confidant in charcoal from their site at the end of July and it arrived from the US (to the UK)9 days later - not bad at all. I did have an issue, in that the DHL tracking information didn’t seem to update for a couple of days. But when I got in touch with Baron Fig they were friendly, quick and professional and assured me that they would investigate and, if the journal didn’t arrive, would do what they could to help. Always on the lookout for good quality notebooks to use as sketchbooks and journals, I found that other people recommended Baron Fig not only because the pages lie flat and the paper is high quality, but also because there are a lot more pages than compared to other brands (like Moleskine & Leuchtturm). I’m so pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone with a similar love of stationery.
