The broadcast is brilliant although not enough WTA compared to ATP but the commentators talk too much. Do they get paid by the letter ? Most of it is irrelevant and some of it is not about tennis. I would give it no stars if it were an option. Stay clear of Bein Sports, do not sign up for their free trial. I did this, and it would not play the F.A cup game i intedned to watcha nd booked the trial for, i asked for for my trial to be cancelled the same day and minutes after it wouldnt even let me see the game i brought it for, I did this by person contact and their website, it would go on to charge me for months before i realized, i then asked for a refund as they would be able to see i did not watch one minute of any sport game on their app, i then asked for them to remove me from the database and was given a month payment refund, worst experince with any streamign service by a country mile.
Very disappointing handling of an annual renewal
I am very disappointed with how my case was handled. I believed that I had already cancelled my subscription previously. However, after contacting customer support, I was told that their records showed no cancellation attempt and that the subscription had therefore remained active and renewed for another year. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email address connected to the account, so I am also unable to check old confirmation emails or manage the account myself. I contacted support immediately after noticing the renewal. They did cancel any future renewal, which I appreciate, but my request for a refund of the latest annual charge was declined, including as a goodwill gesture. What makes the situation especially frustrating is that I am currently based in Germany and cannot use the beIN SPORTS CONNECT service here. I have therefore paid for another full year of access that I cannot realistically use. I understand that the company refers to its terms and conditions, but given the circumstances I had hoped for a more customer-friendly and pragmatic solution. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend keeping cancellation confirmations and making sure you retain access to the email address linked to your account.
Worst streaming platform
Absolutely awful. Take your money upfront for an annual subscription without asking. App never works, when it works the live streams are constantly interrupted because they "experience technical issues at source". App was unavailable for four weeks, worked for three days and now it's not working again. Eventually they agreed to refund me.
Streaming reliability is abysmal
Up until about 6 months ago it was pretty good but now live streaming has frequent glitches, freezes or screen goes black with this message " we are sorry that there is a technical problem in accessing the video. Please try reloading the page." Most of the time reloading does not work or when it does it last only a couple of minutes. My speed is 250-600mbps and Netflix, Tidal and YouTube Premium all work perfectly every time so the problem is NOT at my end! I'm going to cancel but just know that this process is going to involve a shit fight!
Paying for a subscription that is… useless
Paying for a subscription that is basically useless! No customer service, no assistance with ongoing issues, no customer service! I have reported them numerous times and nothing happens except my account gets debited every month for a service that doesn't work.

To Whom It May Concern at beIN Media Group Management, I am writing to formally log a severe complaint regarding the operational negligence and substandard customer service of your subsidiary in Turkey (Digiturk). I recently subscribed to a new Digiturk TV and Internet bundle package in Marmaris / Muğla, Turkey. The national infrastructure provider (Turk Telekom) has completely fulfilled their part by activating the physical internet port and routing the DSL signal to my router. Currently, the hardware setup is active and ready, waiting only for Digiturk’s local technical team to perform the mandatory digital signature/contract confirmation (ID PIN authentication) to open up world-wide internet access. However, despite the physical infrastructure being 100% complete, Digiturk’s local service team has failed to provide an appointment or show up for days. Worse, it is virtually impossible to reach a human representative via Digiturk’s call center in Turkey; the automated system loops endlessly, leaving customers completely stranded without any support. As a premium subscriber who pays for a combined beIN sports and high-speed internet service, I have been left without internet access for days solely due to Digiturk Turkey's operational laziness and lack of corporate oversight. As global management, I urge you to investigate this local failure. I demand that you enforce your local branch in Turkey to immediately dispatch an authorized service member to my address to finalize my activation today. Otherwise, I will cancel this subscription before it even begins due to this terrible onboarding experience and voice this systemic negligence across regulatory bodies. As a senior manager within a global corporation, witnessing such a straightforward onboarding issue remain unresolved for days has severely diminished the credibility of the beIN brand in my eyes. If this simple activation problem is not settled immediately, I will not only initiate formal complaints through national regulatory bodies and cancel my subscription before it begins, but I will also ensure to deliver a strongly negative brand reference within my corporate institution, professional network, and social circles Sincerely,
