I have used BetOnline for many years, and everything was normal until you start winning,that's when they start using dirty tactics against you, Lowered limit wagers, can't bet parlays, live bets reduced to $100, unaccepted live wagers if they don't like the side, delayed deposits .. normally it would take about 30 mins but now ill deposit hours ahead and they won't process until after the game has begun, delayed credits from wagers won sometimes hours, so you won't be able to bet on another game. this is just to name a few and all this was without an explanation, notice or having done anything WRONG! and then good luck trying to reach costumer service, after finally reaching someone on live chat, all I got for an explanation was it the managers decision. How professional! This is bad business and just wrong they clearly just want to take your money and don't care about you and I expect this place to go out of business soon with sports betting eventually gettin legalized so be careful with your money there's a lot of better options to use instead AVOID.read more

Just joined, in two weeks time I have had 3 issues! Someone fraudulently used my Debit Card and made two charges totally $56.66.Fortunately I got that money returned. Then $25.00 was taken out of Available Balance, they said it was a mistake! I am waiting for the deposit of $25.00 in 48 hours. After reading all these negative reviews, it appears that I'm done.read more

Been with them for 13 years opened the account in my long time girlfriends name, we only bet football.Last year she lost her battle with cancer, now with all the documents they requested, including a copy of her Last Will and testament, naming me as sole beneficiary, they've figured out a way to screw me out of the $1800 left in the account.
