AVOID
AVOID! I just went to their website to shop. They advertise that you can shop auctions from non-profits on their website. I'd rather buy things I need from non profits rather than other online sites. But shoppers cant see what is for sale on their site. As far as I can tell, only if i already know about a nonprofit organziation AND I'm on that organization 's email list, AND they happen to let me know they are having an auction, AND I happen to see that email (amongst about 350 emails that come in each day) AND i happen to remember they are having an auction, AND I go through all the security doorways of signing in on betterworld, (guaranteeing I will now get more emails that I dont want to read )....THEN I will possibly buy something. What a waste of time with ZERO productivity. I emailed this complaint and they wrote back,"Thanks for reaching out! All the organizations listed on our site are currently private. However, we are currently developing a feature that will showcase organizations that would like to be featured! I'll keep you posted if any updates happen on that end!" (translation: orgs that woud like to be featured are orgs that have to pay betterworld.")

Spoke to Anna and she didnt seem interested in my situation about getting the help I needed questions answered.Left me hanging.Started a Spotfund.com campaign and had questions about raising funds and questions but did not meet my expectations.Very disappointed.Will never use this site again.
