We are not very good with changing things it was made simple talked through everything so was veryeasy and quick abs explained everything

As I'm profoundly deaf and as it's 2021, I usually communicate by email. I order lots of things online,spending thousands of pounds, but that isn't good enough for Bionic.
When I completed their online form I gave my email address and where it asked for a phone number, I gave my fax number, since there was no option to leave that blank.
My receptionist, Jane, has told me that the fax has been ringing every thirty minutes or so this afternoon, without a fax being received, so I assume Bionic have been trying to phone that number. Now she told me that a woman phoned the main business number and asked to speak to me (obviously doesn't know me then!), so she told her that wasn't possible. The caller said that I was looking for prices for our business energy and she needed to ask some questions. Jane told her to email or fax them to me and absolutely unbelievably for the 21st century, the woman said that she did not have the ability to send emails. She asked Jane if she could get me to call her back and so Jane said there'd be little point unless it was a video call and she was any good at BSL.
The disgraceful, discriminatory response from the caller was to ask if somebody else with authority could deal with it. Obviously deaf people are too much trouble to deal with.
Having read the other reviews here, it would appear that they simply want to get you on an extended telephone call where they promise you the earth and get an agreement out of you, only to renege on their promises afterwards.
