Beware of this site. Once you put your money in, you cannot get it out. I depo.sited a huge amount of money here and lost everything.Luckily, I recently managed to get my money back thanks to casimaraid.com. For those who need help getting their money back, I highly recommend Casimar Aid.

this is the worst exchange.. three times i have made attempts to make purchases of certain crypto supposedly available only to be told they weren't.Never again will i attempt any further transactions with this exchange. Also you will get this 2 month bullcrap run around concerning identity verification that never gets resolved. They are too stupid to be in business. Go to any other exchange but this one......

Most expensive fees around, no support

By far one of the most expensive crypto wallets/marketplaces to use, making it literally worthless.They charge you about $45 to withdraw any amount of ETH, $100 for usdt, $80 for chainlink, and over $100 for some other coins. They charge you 4x the current ether gas estimator. They are more expensive in fees than uniswap or any other. Do NOT use bitrue, avoid at all costs if youre an investor! Ive also contacted support multiple times months ago, and theyve ignored every single thread i opened with them, other people also cannot get ahold of their support

I purchased cryptocurrency from Bitrue, they didn’t deliver the crypto, but took my money.Glad I only made a small purchase to test them out, they’re dishonest and can’t be trusted. I will never do business with them again.

BEWARE SCAM...I was trying to make a withdrawal for months. I was getting an error messaging stating withdrawal unavailable.After around 10 emails they informed me to wait and be patience as there was maintenance on the wallet. 2 months later they told me the wallet has been taken offline and all my funds are not retrievable.. Stolen my funds out of no where! Complete Scam!!!
