Despite BA repeatedly promising resellers their code would be 64Bit in time for the well announced deadline of 1 August 2019,it is still not.
This means until they do, Google will not accept any BA app for publishing on their store.
Suggest you look elsewhere at least until they are compliant or your app is pretty much useless…read more

SCAM! Their support is non-existent. I tried to build an app using their platform but they did not help me get it on iOS store.I sent several emails and but no one replied. Then I wanted to cancel within the first month. But Guess what? Their 'Account' and 'Subscription' pages don't load up so I couldn't cancel online. Sent more emails to cancel- but no reply. I was then charged for my second month. Eventually filing a chargeback with my credit card company now. These a**holes are running a pure SCAM! Will file a complaint with local authorities soon!read more

As a small business owner, I thought an app would be a great asset to our business.So in 2015 I paid a 3rd party to set up my app and they choose Bizness Apps.
Everything was fine until the takeover. Ignore all the 5 star reviews - that was the old management - The new team took over - increased prices, decreased services and most importantly - did away with any support at all. You cant even cancel as the page won't work on their website.
To cut a long story short, you are on your own. Customer support is non-existent - as in no response or reply at all. If you have a technical issue or they update something - you will only find out when the app stops working. I tried to update my payment card and their website doesn't work (spinning circle of death), I've emailed them to tell them my card expires soon and I can't update it - no response.
Frustrating and time wasting if you have invested time developing your app. Recently my app has disappeared off Android - contacted customer support - surprise, surprise no response. Tried to ring them - no number on the site.
The worst part is that you develop an app here - receive appalling service and need to start afresh elsewhere.read more

New management, higher prices and getting even less for more. Did not honour apps that have been submitted years back,so the price increase was across all the apps, difficult to negotiate new prices with more than 200 customers, my team have decided to develop our version with some of the most used features in BA, launching in March 2019.read more

SO BAD. THEY CAN'T DEBUG OR EVEN DIAGNOSE THEIR ISSUES. STRING YOU ALONG FOR MONTHS.No answer after months of useless back and forth. I provided Crash Report details, I screen shared to show the crash after they said it was fixed, they say they're 'working on it' for months, the app still crashes. BizApps needs to admit when they cannot debug (or even diagnose) their own issues. At least let me know so I can let my client know!read more
Stay away. New management doubles to triples most resellers prices. We are just a number now.

Never deal with them is my opinion. New management and doubled to tripled most reseller prices.They reduced hours on phone by 20 percent without any notice, they rarely respond to emails anymore, system Continually breaks and keep blaming old owner which is not true. Non existent customer support.They promise you the world and deliver broken promises. Imo stay away from them. I've had enough. They have owned the company for more than 7 months and nothing has changed. Such a shame. Once was great company to now a management who couldn't care less about their resellers. Stay away is my view. No upside to increased prices. All you get is broken promises and get overcharged when there are better platforms out there. They try and turn us into corporates when most are mum and dad businesses. They have no idea about their core market and no wonder people are upset.read more
