I can't believe this platform was created by google. It is not intuitive at all, not interactive (you must publish first to see how the blog works)and the themes are out style. The help section doesn't help. Offline editors (like Microsoft Open writer) do not work anymore. I created a free account in Wordpress and it is a million times better.

Bad customer support — spammy replies to reviews

I have been using the Blogger platform for over seven years now and have always preferred it over the other platforms.Customer support has been issue but I was able to find help through tutorials posted by people in forums and blogs. However I just saw this thread and noticed that whoever is handling the customer support from Blogger's end is ridiculing the reviewers with a spam reply (pasted below). Instead of spamming customers, please respond to the negative reviews and resolve their issues. Reply from Blogger Mar 25, 2020 I was walking past the mental hospital the other day, and all the patients were shouting, ’13….13….13.’ The fence was too high to see over, but I saw a little gap in the planks, so I looked through to see what was going on. Some idiot poked me in the eye with a stick! Then they all started shouting, ’14….14….14.’
