Absolutely don't bank with Bluevine! I would give them a negative 30 if it were possible.I opened my account with them in January. They were given all the documentation needed at the time. It was quick and efficient. Last week my account was suspended without notice or reason. The same thing happened to two other customers I know well. I called them immediately and told them to close my account and return my funds. They said they would. I followed up again today and was told they wouldn't because my account has been suspended. They are asking for documentation often related to loans but never required for simple checking accounts anywhere. Today, I can say that I have never in 40 years experienced a financial institution with as little ethics or integrity. Their customer service is horrendous and incapable of doing anything other than giving excuses. The last time I saw actions like the ones I have experienced Bluevine, and like others have reported, the bank was in deep financial trouble. My suspicion is they are freezing accounts so they can use the money to recover losses. I also highly suspect the authenticity of the positive reviews posted on Trustpilot as there have been more than a dozen 5-star reviews in the last few days that look like they were fictitiously posted to offset the negative reviews. They still have my money and refuse to return it, will not let me speak to anyone that can make decisions, and they promise callbacks that never come. What they are doing should be illegal, if it isn't already.
UPDATE: Within 1 hour after writing this view I finally received a call back from a customer service manager at Bluevine. I feel like I finally was talking to someone with some authority that could take steps to assist. He was very helpful and willing to listen to the experiences I had. All of my irritation could have been settle a week earlier if this person or someone else in his capacity was made available.
They took the suspension off my account and I have decided to keep the account for now. In my case, I do not have much on deposit there, so I am willing to give them a chance.
What is most clear is that Bluevine has been unable to meet the demands or the promises of their original banking service promise and design and they need to re-organize to continue to serve their customers. I think some bad decisions were made with how they have handled their issues and their growing pain. I believe companies earn great respect by being transparent, and in this, they have temporarily failed. Might they still be a good banking option. Perhaps and I would like to see it, but only time will tell. And unfortunately, I believe alot of damage has already been done.read more

On thing I know for sure if your business is approved for funding and based on your eligibility,I could guarantee that you will have your funds as stated. I got mines right on time, a week after I submitted my application and was approved, I received my funds and my employees and I are thankful and is able to keep the ball rolling.read more

I AM SO GLAD I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE BLUE VINE. ALL OF THE OTHER LENDERS I HEARD FROM MY COLLEAGUES WERE TERRIBLE AND SLOW.BLUE VINE WAS PROMPT AND MADE SURE I WAS FUNDED VERY QUICKLY. I REFUSE TO USE ANOTHER LENDER

I opened my BlueVine Business checking a few months ago when Azlo announced they were closing The application process was simple and seemed to be a good bank.Fast Forward a few months and I get an email stating that my account was suspended pending verification and that I needed to submit my ID and a utility bill( months after I've been using this account). I submitted my ID and a copy of our utility bill which is not in my name but is in my wife's name. This is not adequate documentation for them to release my funds to me. They informed me until they are satisfied they will keep my funds. This is not acceptable. I simply asked them to close my account and mail me a cashier's check for my account balance which I was also told they cannot do as my account is suspended. So in short, I was given no notice my account was going to be suspended, they took all of my funds and are refusing to cooperate.read more
