Ordered a book that I needed urgently to prepare for a project. I paid extra to have a faster delivery.The book was ordered on a Wednesday morning, but not shipped out until the following Monday morning and delivered the next day (Tuesday). The book was sent in a sturdy packaging but despite that the book was damaged in the lower right corner which leads me to think that the book was sent out in a damaged condition. The only thing they did right was to send the correct book. Next time I will order somewhere else. I might also request a compensation for the transportation costs and the damage inflicted on the book.read more

Still waiting, going in the third week since I ordered the book.Asked to cancel my purchase since it's been taking far more time than they promised, got an answer that they won't cancel it. It has been 5 days since I bought an ebook and yet I couldn't download the book. It was really badexprience and I will never buy from bokus again.

I have used Bokus - twice before, all without issues.
My last/current order has been very frustrating.I bought the book when the UK will still part of the EU at the end of December, it was dispatched at the beginning of Jan and I've had no updates for 2 weeks, the tracking was saying it had been dispatched. Imagine my surprise when all of a sudden it stating it's being return as my postcode is incorrect, the same postcode that got my previous two orders here. It's being returned to the sender. I emailed customer relations - radio silence. Tonight I received an email stating I had returned the goods and will be refunded minus the postage.
When I heard my books were being returned I tried to access my account, I cannot as apparently they no longer send to the UK. News to me. Very annoying - I literally just want the books. They were belated Xmas presents that are out of print in the UK.read more

Their confirmation email promised a delivery within 15 working days. It's been 20 days and they haven't even posted it to me.When I reached out to their support team asking for the whereabouts of my parcel they sent a scripted message saying that my parcel was delayed and they would let me know when it was on its way. Never ordering from them again.read more

They use Klarna. Even if you choose the payment option without the Klarna logo, Klarna still gets allyour information.
Will not use Bokus again.read more
