Thay claim was delivered - but it never arrived.
Nobody seems to be able to find what's happened.
I used bol because suppose to be fast delivery,probably transport from china will be as fast now.
When time is important for you - go to the local shop, don't use bol.read more

This is my favorite and definietly the best shop there is and it is mostly thanks to the customer service.I shop at Bol a lot and never ever had an issue. Sometimes a package might have been late or courier mistaken the door ( but that is couriers fault ) but other than that Bol is my number one shop. Special thanks to Soimia ( I hope I wrote that right ). It is people like you that make me come back where I am sure my problem with an item will be solved. Thanks! <3read more

I would like to say that is the best company I have ever purchased from. Incredibly fast delivery and very often even faster than it says.And when they say it will delivered next day it really will. Very useful if you want to be sure you will have the item when you want it. Working tracking code always. And very often they have better prices comparing other sites. Also free delivery. So last year I moved to the Netherlands and started a subscription with Bol.com 2 months in I ordered some items,they weren’t delivered. I complained, they said they were. I said I hadn’t received. They investigated, came back and said they had delivered. They told me I needed to prove they hadn’t been, how do you prove this? I raised a complaint, the agent contacted me and said that I’d received the items and accused me of lying about it, said people do that when they haven’t received. 3 weeks of complaining, no items, no money back. Stuck. Then a few week went by. An Agent from Bol called me and said I needed to collect some items from a shop a couple of streets from my house, the very same items they claimed were delivered to me and that I was lying about not having received. I raised another complaint, asked to cancel my subscription, no apology, they simply didn’t care. A year later, I get a bill for a new subscription, call them explain I’d cancelled, agent tells me not to worry and they will deal with it. A week goes by, another letter, this time with added late payment fee. I call again, agent tell me to send an email, refused to explain to where and hangs up. I call straight back, agent is helpful, says she will deal with it and I’ll receive an email. 3 days pass, email comes, saying they have passed to debt collection agency and I need to pay. I call again, this time advice is I have to pay the debt for the subscription I never asked for, haven’t used and don’t want. but they will give me a gift card in return for paying the ‘debt’. Long conversation goes by but they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor and say there is nothing they can do, I must pay. I explain this is illegal but the agent says she is sorry but she can’t do anything and I can’t speak to anyone else. This is a company that employs ‘customer happiness directors’ and claims to be market leader in the Netherlands. They don’t care about customers and it’s really obvious that they will be losing lots of customers to Amazon and others if they treat people this way. I’m sure it’s illegal to knowingly pass a debt to a debt collection agency when it isn’t owed. Appalling company, don’t use.read more

I regularly use BOL for shopping. I also earn vouchers from work on special bonuses.
Recently,I have purchased a faucet from Bol. I had a professional mount it in my bathroom. But the water kept dripping, so I took the photo and video and sent it to the seller.
The seller said there might be particles inside and asked me to check. In addition, he said a "pin" was missing. I asked, please explain how to check, and I also told him that the pin was pissing.
Then the seller says that the pin could not have been missing because he packed it correctly. But the pin was not there, and so eventually, after speaking to the ppl in Bol, they said to return it.
So I did, but finally, after several weeks, I get a response from the seller that it is damaged, so I cannot return it.
Now I am asking for what damage he is talking about.
And it is so odd that this seller is sending me back the product and not fixing the problem.
Bol says they will escalate to the headquarter, but I just read another blog about this.
I hope they will solve the issue ASAP.
Otherwise, we will stop using BOL.read more
