Very Disappointing and Repeated Cancellations Review: I am very disappointed with my experience using Bold. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday, then it got delayed to Thursday, then to Monday. Before Monday arrived, I received an email informing me that my order was canceled and my money was refunded without a clear explanation. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to me. I previously experienced a similar issue with another item. These repeated cancellations and delays are extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect reliability, transparency, and proper communication, which I did not receive from this company.
