About 4 years ago Bookafy was started as a side project to help our own team schedule our appointments... fast forward... we shared with a few friends that started using it, we continued to build out the product... and "suddenly"​ we are supporting thousands of businesses around the world. It's been a blast... 2018 was our biggest year ever and we now have over 11,000 businesses using our software to automate their appointment scheduling. How cool is that?!?! The short version... Bookafy is beautiful, nimble and robust... and plays nice with a huge stack of the worlds best software (integrations galore). We support individuals and big orgs... SMBs and sales teams.

Awful app. Bad translation.

It was a great service before we started using it with our clients. We were paying $200 for all our staff,and they simply ignored my support emails. What's worse is their "translation". Main reason why I decided to use Bookafy was their available languages. It sounded great that they have multiple languages support. However, the problems started immediately: - Users (e.g. your staff) have only English interface. When I contacted their support team they didn't provide any support and kept me waiting "for updates". - Clients get awful notifications in any language except English. For example, my clients get an SMS reminder 15 minutes before the event which writes "Your meeting is in 15 HOURS". Really? The first reminder which is set to send 2 days before the event says "Your meeting is in 48 hours". What's the problem to say something like "Your meeting is on "date&time"? - You simply can't change what's written in the email or SMS. - Booking page is awfully designed. Let me say that in English it's fine. Any other language breaks it completely until it's impossible to use. E.g. the layout is broken and cells go mixed. - When a user (staff) syncs their Google calendar it's supposed to work two-side so that a client can't book the time which is already taken in the Google calendar (it's what two-side sync actually means). However, I got numerous time conflicts because of this. It's just the start actually. I'm switching to another service because it became impossible to use this one.

Love the software, tried everything else and this is the best

I had literally called almost every online scheduling company to try and figure out if it would work for my business,which is fairly complex i guess, from what other companies have told me. For starters, they were 1 of only a few that actually answered their phone. Hello customer service! Second, they were able to give me a tour, talk through all of my questions (patiently) and now I am all set up and rocking. Totally thankful for good customers service with Beth and a great product.
